Jim founded the Brownstone Group in New York City in 1988. He held sales, management and human resources positions for an international shipping company turning his energies toward recruiting. A native of Minonk, Il. and graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Economics, Jim is proud of his recruiting firm and helping clients build sales organizations and drive revenue.
Chris joined Brownstone Group in 1994 after 10 years of generating revenue, recruiting, and managing sales teams in the transportation and recruiting industries. He earned a B.S. in Marketing from Siena College and lives in New Jersey with his wife and two boys. Mitel, Broadview Networks, Genuity, BT Conferencing, Internap, and emerging growth technology firms.
Catherine joined the team in 2004 after 15-years as a top sales professional for Internet, Telecom and IT companies including: Akamai, BBN Planet and Global Crossing. She uses her experience to conduct search assignments for a wide array of industries. Catherine's led successful searches ranging from small start-ups to global giants including: Adobe, Bladelogic, BMC, Equinix and Administaff.
