Green Key Resources

Unfortunately, Green Key Resources is a very disappointing staffing agency. Recruiter, Taylor Bouchelle stated that "due to no medical position(s) available at this moment, I should look and apply elsewhere for work." From late April till now, I had 2 other interviews with them, but no luck. She stated this to me 2 weeks right after I made a few calls and left voicemails to reach out to them in regards to looking for another position after I caught Covid-19 2 days after working a job that she referred me to and specified that I got "hired on the spot, no interview was needed (which seemed very odd) and it was a very unsanitary urgent care office where they had the medical staff clean up the entire office, including taking out the trash.

I was thankful for Green Key Resources providing me with the mandated Covid-19 paid coverage. However, I'm very displeased with my recruiter for not returning any of my calls and showing a lack of interest.

The absolute worst recruiters. Ive dealt with them since I started my career in IT 10 years ago. Meetings with recruiters that go nowhere, wasted time and money on travel. Recruiters don't even bother reading my linkedin profile before hitting me up for the millionth time for another desktop support position that im overqualified for. I've met with Rory Valan in the past. He's like a sleazy used car salesman.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Megan Winegar contacted me on LinkedIn for a position and then scheduled a call with me. She then proceeded to ghost me, no call or response to my message asking if we were still on 5 minutes after the time passed. This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to my time. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have never had such an experience with a recruitment company before. I spoke with one of their recruiters, Michael Liebert, and he was very sloppy, late, unorganized and unprofessional. We scheduled to speak for the first time and he was late to call me, he then proceeded to have no knowledge on public or private accounting during our phone call.

He ended the phone call with stating that he will be sending an email with a list of opportunities after we hang up. He never sent an email so I assumed I would not hear from him again. Over a week later he then told me of a job opportunity and asked my availability for the following week. Once I gave my availability, I never heard back from him. On the date of when he told me he would schedule an interview for, I reached out to him early in the morning, he then told me that they just reached out to him to schedule an introductory interview later in the week. Sounds not too bad right? Wrong.

Later that same day I was busy with work and missed a phone call, when I listened to the voicemail it was from the company he told me about last week. They called and left a voicemail stating that I was scheduled for an interview! Therefore, not only was he unprofessional from the start, but LIED about the company wanting to talk later in the week in order to cover his lack of responsibility. I will not be using this company in the future and I will be sure to let all of my young professional friends know to not use this company either.

I have been working with Greenkey for 6 months now. They will set you up with some good facilities/ hospitals. My recruiter is Melissa Sanchez, she is friendly and very dedicated individual. She always goes an extra mile to help me with anything I want. I would definitely recommend Green key to anyone especially for people who work under other agencies who exploit their employees and make money

I have tried utilizing Green Key Resources twice now. The first time was way before Covid-19 and I went for an in-person interview, but felt I was one of a large number of people looking to find their next job through Green Key and I never really heard from them after this first time. Fast forward to 2021, and I had a similar experience. They listed a job on LinkedIn utilizing EasyApply, and I applied and also wrote a quick introductory note to the Recruiter as a message.

She wrote me back, and then following that I was emailed saying I was not selected for the role. This is fine and I understand if I don't get a chance to interview for a specific role, but when I tried reaching out to the same recruiter asking if we could speak about any other potential roles, I was ignored and this honestly doesn't surprise me. Since this experience, I found work through another recruiter and I'm enough into my career to say that I felt a lack of integrity and care from Green Key about people, who come to them looking for help in professional job placement. If you look as well at some of these reviews, i.e. Sydney Rousso, she was a technical recruiter at Green Key, so sort of seems like they are padding their own ratings.

I have been working through Green Key Resources for almost 2 years now. Overall it has been pleasant experience, agency and recruiter have been quick to respond to my questions or concerns, Liam D. recruiter has been polite and professional. Liam Donovan found a job for me that matched my educational and work experience, also incorporated my desired work location and salary interest. I did not hesitate to recommend this agency to my alumni classmates.

Green Key was recommended to me by an HR Colleague that I worked with a few years ago in California, who also had a pleasant experience with them when she lived in NYC. She recommended Sacha Rupal. I emailed Sacha and she connected with me almost immediately. She is a great listener and wants to make both the client and candidate happy, so there is a mutual fit. Sacha is extremely professional, friendly, personable and easy to contact. I give her 5 stars for her integrity and follow through!

I have used their services on multiple occasions. Whenever i am looking for a new job, i always reach out to them. However, all my experiences with them have been awful. It seems all they do is collect resumes (allegedly). I've filled out job applications, per their request. I work with a headhunter obviously for work based on my professional experience and then NADA with a capital N.

Nothing else seems to happen. Just dead air. The recruiter disappears after the job application is completed. I'm confused. Aren't they a recruiting agency? Why are you not helping me and other people find jobs. Here is the thing. If agencies only want to collect resumes and sell them to third parties (allegedly) for money - then they should say so. STOP WASTING my time and providing false hope.

Its just downright pathetic and not a productive use of anyone's time. I would steer clear of this firm. They are clearly not in the business of finding anyone in NYC a job. I wonder if they have ever found one single soul in all of NYC a job at all. Forget full-time, but have they even gotten anyone a temp job. I am utterly baffled how the high rent on Madison Ave gets paid.

The sad part is, every time i was in the market for a new job, i ended up finding it independently. All 5 times, i found it on my own. That is 5 times they lost of on their commission $$ (thousands of dollars). I wish them well!

Poor management, rude employees and unprofessional overall. This was my first recruiting job and due to a lack of formal training (or any training at all for that matter) I left after 5 weeks. Recruiters here have 1000+ LinkedIn connections and make calls to potential candidates with no specific job in mind and call it "headhunting." Ultimately, my manager asked me to leave after I expressed an interest in having a meeting to discuss exactly what I was supposed tI think they call that free labor.

She decided that it wasn't the right fit, culturally speaking. And she was absolutely right as it is impossible to achieve success without structure and organization. If you don't perform well under unrealistic expectations and lack of instruction, this isn't the job for you. (Nor should you put yourself through the unpleasant experience).

I've known Regina G. and Justin S. on a personal level for years but in typical NYC fashion, we have weaved in and out of each other's lives. I first went to their agency in 2012 and they got me some interviews but I ended up taking another job. Fast forward 8 years and I was on the job market. By happenstance (or Divine Intervention as I call it), I ran into Justin on the street and he told me to send my resume.

I did. He called. He had an opening at a terrific organization. I interviewed. They hired me. It all happened in the matter of a week. Eventually, I was converted to a full-time employee. Through the entire process, Justin checked in and was quick to respond to emails and/or phone calls. GreenKey treats their candidates with respect unlike so many which treat you as a mere number. I am beyond grateful to have reconnected with Justin and GreenKey.

Liam Donovan is an amazing recruiter at Green Key Resources. He is always available to assist me with any issues that come up and he is extremely helpful with finding me temporary work in my field. I am very grateful to be working for Green Key Resources. They provide me with great benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision. Liam Donovan is always eager to help me progress and become successful in my career. Green Key Resources has exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with their company.

I would give zero if I could. Kayla Nakagawa is a total snotnose. Three times, I asked her for my profile and she never responded. She claims she has submitted my resume and been told I moved around too much. Really? I have been getting dozens of interviews on my own. Then we have Clare who handles temp-to-perm who informs me that 95% of their temp-to-perm jobs go perm. Really? Who would believe such nonsense. This is the worst agency in the city, bar none. AWFUL

I've worked with Liam Donovan have been phenomenal aids in my job hunt. He is reliable follow-through - if he say he will do something, he do it. He has always taken my career goals in mind, even as they become more and more specific, and is often keeping me in mind when it comes to something that he thinks will suit me.

I've worked with many temp agencies and Green key has always been the most consistent and best of them. The roles that Green Key offers are also the most diverse and flexible, and they've always found me jobs that fit my schedule and needs. I feel that I have a friend in my recruiter, Sacha, and I know I can always count on her to find me work when I need it. Sacha is extremely diligent, kind, accommodating and truly cares about the people she works with. Love Green Key!

Completely unprofessional and useless "staffing agency". They reached out to me for an in-person interview via LinkedIn and I began working with Sacha Rupall. I regarded Green Key as one of the best agencies I have worked with but after a couple weeks, the communication completely stopped. I left several voicemails and e-mails for both Sacha Rupall and Lucy Belle Hall and even called the front desk more than once asking for my calls to be returned.

From my own experience and reading the reviews posted here, I guess if they conclude they won't get a fee from working with you in a matter of just a couple weeks, they don't bother ever contacting you again. I don't know why it is so difficult to send a one line e-mail stating "We can no longer work with you" that would take all of about 20 seconds to compose, rather than leaving their candidates completely in the dark.

I unknowingly wasted my time and money to come into the city to meet both with the agency and for interviews to not only never get an answer about the interview, but not even be able to get in contact with the agency. Laughable joke of an "agency" and "recruiters"

They love wasting people's time. I been dealing with Jenny for years and she has never made an effort to help me.

I have interviewed with several staffing agencies and my experience with Green Key has been by far the best and beyond excellent! Sacha is my recruiter and she is friendly, professional, and stays on top of placing me into new roles once my assignment ends. She answers any concerns that I have promptly and professionally. Sacha has kept me working during a transition period in my career and her clients are top notch.

By far the best recruiter and staffing agency I have ever worked for. I am blessed to have found this agency and highly recommend Sacha to professionals needing job placement in the NYC area!

I've only given 4 stars because I've just started my job search as an interim leader. Laura Rein has been very responsive and positive. She's kept me in the loop and checks back with me as she promises. I've enjoyed working with her for the short time that I've been looking for a job.

Kayla Nakagawa has done what lot of recruiters have - wasted my time and insulted my experience b/c she saw much of my resume was temping for companies.like this one. I should start putting it on my linkedin - if you don't bother to read my resume, don't humiliate me and get my hopes up. Don't call; don't waste my time. If you don't want to employ me, don't do that to a candidate. She wasted 20 minutes of my time on an assignment, talked to me like I was stupid, and after puffing me up in email about a role, never called again.

Green Key was recommended to me by my sister, who also had a pleasant experience with them when she first arrived to NYC in early 2016. I worked with Justin S, who is professional, friendly, personable and easy to contact. He gets 5 stars for his integrity and follow through! I was looking for a temporary to permanent assignment (I like to sample a work environment before I sign-on) and he found me just that.

He understood my concerns and didn't pressure me to go with one employer or another as I was interviewing with two places and ended up deciding on the second company. After two months of temping, I was offered the permanent position and am super grateful to Justin for finding me such a great match!

I had an interview with the long island branch with Mike and I missed it because on top of all the emails that I get, I never saw his email confirming the appointment until the day I was supposed to go. The only reason I saw it is because he emailed me to let me know I missed the appointment that day. I called to apologize and this man had a personality of a snail.

He was very dry with me and had an attitude because I didn't remember the job description. I asked him to please resend it and I will reschedule. He said that he would resend the job description but never did. He allowed me to email and call him twice and he knew he wasn't going to respond. He had the audacity to tell me that he didn't want to work with me because I missed the appointment and due to our communication. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. very unprofessional!

My experience with Green Key has been amazing, all thanks to Regina G. She was a pleasure to work with! She took the time to understand my needs and help me secure the best job possible in my field. In only a matter of 2 weeks, Regina and her colleague Katelyn were able to find me a great opportunity. Since I was also considering a different job at the same time, Regina expedited the process and within a week of my first interview was able to get me a great job offer.

Not only that but she then negotiated on my behalf and was able to get me an even better package. I was impressed! Throughout the entire experience, Regina was on it. She kept me informed, was always available for me, gave me some great advice and genuinely cared if I was happy. She's the best! I can now proudly say that I'll be joining my new employer at the end of this month thanks to Green Key and Regina. I highly recommend them!

Darly Aquino is a fantastic recruiter - I highly recommend her and her talents. Darly and I got in touch via LinkedIn at the beginning of March - and by the end of the month she helped me to secure a temp to perm job at a prestigious sports organization in Manhattan. I admire and thank her for her persistence - she is very quick to respond and will work hard to get you an interview.

My experience with Green Key outside of Darly has also been outstanding. They were quick to get my payment forms in order and have a convenient online timesheet system which has made it easy to log work hours.

My experience with Green Key has been amazing. All the credit goes to Chelsea! She was a pleasure to work with. I met with her at the end of October and up until last week upon receiving an offer, was constantly interviewing at top tier companies. I cannot say it was the fastest process being that I am a recent graduate but she never gave up and encouraged me to stay with the search.

I got at least 2 calls and 4 emails a week from Chelsea = amazing communication and never in a place of wondering what's going on with interviews and activity. I believe I went on at least 7-10 interviews including phone screening all thanks to Chelsea's hard work. One tip. realize that it is a mutual relationship between you and your recruiter.

The more persistent, determined and understanding you are (without being demanding and entitled to all of your recruiters time) the more you will get out of your search. Chelsea was always kind and truly listened to me and what I was looking for and was determined to find me a position. I am happy to say that I accepted a very competitive offer and am excited to start my journey at a company where I felt at home while interviewing! Thanks chelsea! Thanks Green Key. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I have actually had an excellent experience with Green Key. My staffing rep, Stephanie, has been truly amazing in finding me a position that matches my skills and interests. I got placed at a fabulous startup with excellent perks such as free lunch, casual dress code, and a flat organization style that makes it easy to interact with executives as their assistant. In love with Green Key! Will definitely use them again if I ever need another job in the future.

They are very unresponsive. Met with Alexis Ackerman once for the interview and never heard from her again. Emailed couple other recruiters through Linkedin regarding the positions they posted and again complete silence. I think the positions they post is just a scam. Will never trust them again!

This is the worst agency I've had the displeasure of working with. Clare Wright is HORRIBLE. She coaxed me into taking a temp-to-perm position that she knew wasn't a good fit. She was exceptionally rude during the hiring process and even spoke ill of me in an email chain (that was sent to me afterwards) with a colleague. After 2 months on the job, which had absolutely no work, she called me around 2:00 PM and told me that day was my last as there were some budgetary constraints.

I reached out to her for more opportunities and she nonchalantly said she didn't have anything, as if she did not owe me a new position; as a client, who made her and her agency money, I would deserve the attention to get placed again. A year later, when I started with a new company recruiters from Green Key would call for our accountants. When I asked if he/she was a recruiter the person would boldly lie; I asked which organization one guy was calling on behalf of and he stumbled, "GRK.GKR." trying to hide the name of the agency, as if not to reveal that it was a headhunting call. Immoral at best.
