Who tries to schedule someone for an interview after midnight. These people are RUDE & RIDICULOUS.

As an Operations Manager looking for a new opportunity I Absolutely had a Terrible and horrific experience with Trandon associates. I certainly would avoid at all costs. I keep receiving emails from Barbara along with other recruiters stating to contact them ASAP because they have many jobs lined up with amazing companies with great pay and of course every time I called to speak about new Opportunities they never answered nor were my calls returned. Very unprofessional. Why string people along, that is sick.

The best recruiting agency in NYC hands down. Tremendous experience and knowledge base in their industry. Traci is especially amazing and works harder than anyone in the business for her clients.

Trandon Associates is an effective and professional recruiting agency. I had the opportunity to interface with Tracie, who was helpful in all aspects of the job application process. She thoroughly explained how my skill set alligned with the potential job opportunity. I would refer my friends and any potential applicants to Trandon Associates.

I didn't go through the whole process, but these recruiters are insane. They call over and over again, back to back, almost to the point of harassment. If you don't answer after the first 5 or 6 calls within the half an hour, they call from blocked numbers. One recruiter called at 9:30 at night and left a voicemail and stated she'll be up until 12am.

Not to mention email after email. What is wrong with these people? Harassing to the point that I'm so turned off. I can only imagine what type of low wage job they were going to try to sell me.

I'm surprised by the other reviews, but I'm also aware that most people only leave a review when it's a bad one. My experience with Trandon and Associates was exceptional! The staff there is friendly and personable; they have a great culture, and it shows in their work. They genuinely care about you and your career goals. They truly understood my needs and always made me feel like I was their number one priority.

I would highly recommend Trandon for anyone looking for new employment or to advance in their career. Special thanks to, Barbara, Traci, Michelle, Kristal, and the entire staff!

I worked with 2 separate recruiters on different occasions from Trandon. The first recruiter sent me on an interview with an employer paying almost $25k less than we had discussed. On another occasion, I went through first and second round interviews with an employer paying $10k less than we had discussed. This was in the span of 6 weeks. Would not recommend

An absolute joke! I do not recommend this company. Low wage jobs. Comission hungry recruiters. One recruiter kept calling me like crazy, when I ignored her calls. She even called me from a private number. Today's recruiter was upset because I didn't want to take that low paying job. With my background, you REALLY think I'm going to take $19 an hour?!

She played herself when stated "when your unemployment runs out and you'll be looking for $15/hr jobs " Mrs, Please SMD (google this term). I'm 34. not 14. Thanks. Please delete my number from your call list.

When I told them the commute was not for me, the owner tried to convince me the market was bad, the commute was fine, we have to make concessions, and insulted my background/experience. All in an attempt to get me to go on an interview at a company that wanted to meet me. Too bad I never sent them my resume nor did I give them permission to send it! Extremely unethical and unprofessional.

Traci Steiner was the most helpful recruiter I have ever worked with. She always made herself available to me when needed and was helpful in every stage of the hiring process. She treated me like a person and not just another applicant. She made sure the hiring was the best possible option for everyone. 10/10!

Kim Wolf is a senior recruiter at Trandon and she was an absolute joy to work with. She was proffessional, truthful, knowledgeable, caring and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking employment! I've never gotten a job so fast working with any recruiter and I love the company where placed me. I had a wonderful experience working with her.

Don't waste your time. Just like another reviewer, I got called for a job that I applied for but was never mentioned. I believe most of the time they just want to add names to their database.

If you are a masochist, that enjoys being talked down to then Trandon is the recruitment agency for you.

The vice president Todd is absolutely impeccable at his job and really tries his absolute best to help you find multiple positions and gets straight to the point. Their service was excellent, application was quick and no wait time. He offered me multiple positions and was very pleased to start a job that Im currently happy to be in so thank you very much. Really recommend these guys!

I have had the greatest experience with Trandon. I've worked with quite a few of the top recruiting firms in the city, but Trandon is different. Trandon doesn't waste your time sending you on interviews for the sake of it. They truly match you up to the right fit! Everyone is great! They truly know how to recruit and they have top notch clients!

I have recently been offered (and accepted) an outstanding Executive Assistant role with an amazing, growing and successful company! At Trandon, they listen and they make sure the role is a match in every way that counts (personally and professionally) and they are fully transparent! Highly recommended!

The initial phone call was good but after that it went DOWN HILL. This is one of the most unprofessional in person experiences I ever had with a recruiter. Don't let the reception area fool you, the filthy disorganized bullpen style office past the reception area combined with the piss poor recruiter interaction sends a clear message of disinterest wrapped in a sloppy piss poor company culture lacking integrity or ethics.

Having been in the job market for quite some time I decided to take a chance on Trandon Associates. Their work ethic and dedication to finding you the job of your dreams knows no bounds. From the second you walk through the door they are in a frenzy to send you out and get you placed in your ideal role. I have tried many other agencies and none compare in regard to commitment to landing you your dream job. They are truly a one of kind agency. It is no wonder they have been in business for over 30 years. Give them a chance. You'll b glad you did.

Don't waste your time going in for an interview. I was looking for a career change and thought I should give them a shot. Promised to be contacted for interviews and no one followed up. Fly by night operation and very sketchy environment. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Aviva was one of the most amazing recruiters I've worked with! She made the process easy, simple, and fun! I've met a lot of recruiters and she by far is an exception! I have no words. I felt like I gained a friend and a job out of the experience, so grateful to have met her and used Trandon throughout this process!

By far, the BEST recruiting agency I have ever worked with. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews! The recruiter I am working with is a seasoned recruiter, sends me detailed information before I go on an interview and is very professional in his approach. I can't tell you that some of the other agencies I have worked with are by far the WORST, "used car salesman" approach and don't even listen to your needs.

My suggestion is to have a phone conversation 1st before you even make an appointment to go in. If the person doesn't listen to you and talks over you, DON't work with that agency.

Steer clear dear of any agency that bedecks its lobby with glowing hand-written reviews. Was called by X, seen by Y, Y said she'd call, she didn't. So typical, they are all the same. This recruiter had the nerve to whine to me about her half-hour commute. Might work for some.

There are many recruiters out there most using the same basic strategy. They usually have little to no experience in your actually field but they associate key words and assume a job is a match. I worked with many which turned out to be one disappointment after another. When I reached out to Trandon and set up a meeting I didn't get a post meeting reply right away which I assumed was not a good sign.

After sometime with no responce, I realized unlike other recruiters, they didn't call me with any open position they had but only called me when they had one that was a perfect fit to my skill set. Not only did they find me the right job but were able to get me a better salary based on the fact I have many years of experience. Thank you Barbara, I would recommend you and your crew to anyone in need of qualified services.

Being mugged on the subway would probably be more beneficial to my career than interviewing here. First, if you're going to whisk me in for a pre-screening interview, don't look at my resume and read me five things about myself that are completely wrong. To spend the next few minutes correcting this person was a complete waste of time. Second, rushing me through these questions like the building is on fire is probably not the best technique, either.

My blood pressure skyrocketed just being in this woman's presence. Show a little respect for the applicant and the applicant will show respect for you. Perhaps this firm might want to consider hiring a new 'gatekeeper' if they want to add to their stock of resumes and continue to herd unsuspecting applicants in for their disastrous pre-screenings.
