Working with RepuCare for the last few years has been nothing short of amazing. Their team handles everything quickly and once you're placed with a company they still keep in contact to make sure you're happy. I've never been scared to address any concerns because they've always handled every situation with high regards.

I have worked for RepuCare for about 7 months and I have loved every minute of it. This company will build you up and make you feel like you're an important employee giving you the support you need to succeed. I appreciate everything Repucare has to offer. I love this company! It is a close- knit work environment, everyone here is extremely friendly, and it is very laid back atmosphere, no one is micro -managing you. I'm so glad to work here, highly recommended.

The transition to working with RepuCare was an incredible experience. The staff really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I was very impressed with the communication between boss and employee. Kelly really worked with me and showed she'd care about my well-being as well as providing a safe and secure work environment. The best part was they trusted us employees to be responsible and respected us. 10/10 would recommend working here.

Worst Unorganized place to work. Tyler is unprofessional and does not know what hell he is doing in his position. As soon as they hire a person, they fire another or the person quits. Logistically the job sucks because they have someone in Southern Indiana controlling Northern Indiana. This group has no idea what they are doing! Everyone I was. hired with was fired within 8 weeks of our start date.

Policy Violation they say. Not true, every drug test from January until April is invalid as a team member did not wait the 15 minutes as required. This was brought to attention and Tyler covered it up. Please do everyone a favor and close!
