I began working with this company about 2 months ago, when I discovered a great opportunity through them. My recruiter submitted my resume and I received an initial phone screen interview with their clients HR recruiter immediately. I was told that I did well and that a follow-up phone interview with the hiring manager would be scheduled shortly. About a week later the recruiter explained that the HR recruiter I interviewed with either left her position or the company, he wasn't really sure which. Also, the opportunity I began interviewing for was put on hold until they replaced her. for the following month and a half, I checked in with the recruiter 2-3 times a week and was always told they were in a holding pattern waiting to fill the HR position first.
I finally received an automatically generated email from the woman that supposedly left informing me the position was filled. I contacted the recruiter who explained that it was "officially" put on hold and that is why the email was sent but rest assured they haven't interviewed anyone yet. I then reached out to the HR Manager who told me that she never left her position, they had fired PRI weeks ago and that the job had been filled.
She also told me that I was a candidate high on their list, but they couldn't reach out to me due to concerns that I may have a contract with PRI, which I did not. So this firm was fired, and chose to be unethical and possibly lost me the chance at a position I waited a long time to find. Do not trust them they will lie to you! I gave them 1 star because I am unable to give 0.
