Supported Living Report

Individuals with developmental disabilities are not defined by their disability. For Employment Resources Inc., there are no limits to what their clients can do, and putting them in a specific box or category can discourage success and limit what they can do. There are no limits, and expanding the client's skills and capabilities with ERI can lead to independence and a happier life.

Vocational Services Report

Employment Resources Inc. offers vocational and prevocational services for individuals with disabilities, and each service is customized to fit the needs of the service recipient. Vocational and prevocational services at ERI focus on preparing an individual with the knowledge and skills to successfully prepare for, obtain, and sustain employment.

Business Services Report

Individuals with disabilities are an amazing source to fill out any workforce, and they can only add to the diversity of your business. They are motivated, productive, and reliable employees that have professional goals and want to be a part of the community. By hiring individuals with disabilities, corporations can benefit from financial tax incentives, workforce diversity, and community relations.

This place may employ you, but will not do reimbursement of funds spent on client. The expect serious all time no fun with client don't get caught joking around. PC is over involved with client and father more friends than objective. Not able address work environment concern. Low pay.

Management at ERI is awesome they are the most kind and caring people. This is by farrrrrr the best company I have ever worked for. Melissa and Brian are all about teaching and retraining rather than just firing someone. The individuals that we serve are well taken care of and customer service is priority. Why would anyone not want to work here? This company is very family oriented and everyone is treated exceptionally well. I would recommend everyone to apply here or to bring your family member or loved one for services.
