Worked for this company almost a year. But when I asked the Bridget the one in charge to sign my renewal for my CNA license she won't do it because she has to sign it in front of a notary and now when I email or call she keeps avoiding or tell her staff to give excuses.

I've been with this company for Several years now. And I plan to be with them many more. I've Never have had any issues. My calls, questions, concerns I've ever had, have ALWAYS been addressed. Job opportunities are always available. Staff is and been supportive and meet all needs. Weekly pay. Always on time, if your time sheet isn't in payroll will reach out to you to be sure you have one to be turned in.

I am continuously recommending Alll individuals in field to reach out to UHC before anyone other agency. The support, respect, professionalism, and understanding is priority at UHC.!

I have been working with United Health Care for two years now. They are a great company to work for. Bridget with HR is amazing. If I have any questions she always responds to me in a timely matter. The staff is very nice and they are super flexible with your hours. It makes it nice because I am also a student.

I have been working for UHC for about two years now and have enjoyed every minute. The staff is great and treats you like family. I enjoy that I am able to make my own schedule, and if I wish to pickup some extra shifts they always have something for me. The facilities are close to my home which is a great bonus and their pay rate is higher than other agencies.

I have so many regrets joining this agency. Be prepared to work on your own for these jobs. My compliance coordinator was lazy and unavailable. In the beginning they will woo you with all they have to offer, but bottom line, you are a number. Training paid half of our wage, and they only pay 1.3 for overtime, and 1.7 for doubletime. If you miss a shift, they dock you two hours of pay.

I don't think they realize how illegal this is. But they poach you with promises of getting you hired in the Hospital. Bottom line, they want your money. Be prepared to be forced to do overnight shifts so they get the higher rate. Also, he prepared for a low rate of pay and horrible, if not, non-existent communication. My recommendation: find another staffing agency with a few more years under their belt, and a few more ounces of ethics.

As a PTA with the need for flexible work time UHCS is the best! My recruiter Carol is about as good as ya get. Call her one day, the next day you're on assignment! Looks like all the negative reviews are from people who feel a sense of entitlement. No company is perfect, but UHCS is great and always have done right by me.

I have been employed with Uhcs for almost 9 years! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I have not had any difficulties finding work they manage to keep me busy! If I do have any problems resolved immediately! I love my job and helping others and I could not think of a better place to do it! Uhcs is definitely a family! I would highly recommend them either to work for or to hire! We are the best therapists in town!

OMG! What a nightmare. These people are the worst in the hold universe of staffing. Sammy (the owner) thinks he's can crap on RN's and not work with us. We're sent to horrible locations without being prepared for the hospital. The hospital isn't aware that we're coming and embarrasses the nurses in front of their staff. The COMMUNICATION is HORRID.

Then they blame the nurses and they won't stick up for YOU. If I could rate them below a 1, then I would do so and nurses BEWARE.BEWARE I hope the clients realizes the same treatment. I have an excellent reputation and I was referred to these dogs, what a big mistake and now they have all my credentials that could be tampered with based on their credibility. Bridget in the office never tells the TRUTH!

My reviews are based on expectation. If something meets expectations, it'll probably get a 3. The one star that UHC gets is due to them not meeting the bare minimum expectations of a temp agency. These expectations include: - paying people on time - paying people the right amount - not antagonizing their contractors in unprofessional emails when they ask about improper wages Again, UHC did not meet this low bar. Obviously, there were times when everything went fine and I had no complaints. If that was all, they would get 3 stars. But the frequency of mistakes and how they dealt with them brings down the whole experience to something others should avoid.

Don't work for this company! Lots of empty promises. Also they keep trying to send you far away when you tell them to find something close to you. VERY disorganized. Staff disregards what you tell them for their own agenda and don't support the therapist. They do not realize who the actual client is and that is the therapist. After all who does the hard work and bring both parties money.

I would not work for them ever again! They sent me on an interview without having ever been to their office or meeting them. I was placed at a great location (which did end up hiring me) but the headache they caused during the time I work for them was awful! They never got my direct deposit right and just before I was hired by the company I was temping for they then said ops we never had you get tb tested.

They promised to pay me for my time getting the tb test but then stiffed me for 7 hours of work. My last check was delayed 5 days! The lies they told my now boss was much worse! BEWARE!
