Concentric is HORRIBLE! They told me what I wanted to hear, so I would take the contract. I'm a nationally certified Surgical Tech, and they made me jump through hoops to provide my transcript. They stated the hospital needed it, however on my first day the OR Director wanted to know why it was such a big deal to get my transcript. I left on a Thursday to start on Monday.

They still werent sure if I was cleared to go. The hospital I went to wasn't very busy, so I called to ask if I didn't get all my hours was I still guaranteed my pay? I'm paid weekly for 36 hours. I was told if I didn't get my hours the first week then I would get the hours missing on my check next week. They said they are paid bi weekly and that I'm guaranteed 72 hours for two weeks.

They also stated if I was oncall and was called in, those hours would go towards my 36 hours. I asked how can that be when I'm paid differently for call back? They started back tracking and said they would have to get the contract from the hospital. After I started? I wanted to know why that wasn't already on file and why I didn't receive a copy? No answer. just them getting angry and hateful.

I decided to not finish my contract and come home. I felt like I was mislead and was going to be away from my family for less then the money stated. I paid for a hotel and for my lodging. I was also told they would pay for half of my gas. I was informed that I would no longer get that and I probably won't get paid for the days I worked.

I have had the please of working with Concentric for several years and have always had a great experience. My recruiter is awesome and the compliance team has consistently assisted me with onboarding for my assignments. Talk about the HR Director, she went out of her way multiple times to assist me with anything that I needed, even gave me her cell number when she was on maternity leave! I would highly recommend the company to any of my traveling friends and will continue to choose them for my travel contracts.

Having worked at Concentric Healthcare Staffing for several years, I can confidently say that there is no line that the VP and HR Director isn't willing to and frequently does cross. The many reviews posted throughout a number of websites regarding leadership and their corruption, unethical practices and hostility toward employees is all TRUE. The number of lawsuits speaks for themselves.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I worked with them once and the hr person is never in her office, my recruiter and account manager were condescending and unhelpful and when I told them I no longer wanted to work with the company (after my contract ended) the recruiter asked me three times to work for the agency again. I finally had to block him.

I have been treated like gold with this company. All the staff know my name. I get follow up phone calls on new assignments. Reimbursement on travel expenses and payroll have always prompt. They are fun and make the job personal. Traveling was new to me and they took care of me every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with the Allied team! They were all very professional and most importantly communicative! Searching for a job can be a very daunting process, but Concentric Healthcare has helped me throughout the way and even helped me land my dream job! I started with this company back in September 2020. Wayne reached out to me but I wasn't ready to travel far yet. Flash to February 2021and I reached back out and started speaking to Akarsha. Akarsha went above and beyond to help me get placed with a hospital that I would be comfortable with and she listened to me and communicated very well. Jennifer was also amazing and very nice and is able to help me whenever I have questions and she and Akarsha both make me feel like a part of a team. Can't wait to continue working with them and seeing all of the places I can go with Akarsha and Jen's guidance!

I called Concentric a couple times. The first time I got thru to Chrissy and left her a voicemail and she never returned my call. That was two weeks ago. Today (November 3, 2020 at 9 ish am). I called again and spoke to the receptionist and I asked him how his day was and he was rude and ignored me. I don't recommend working with this company if you have experience or are a kind person!

Concentric Healthcare is the best! I know that my recruiter has my back and he is the best! Yeah Rip! He has always taken great care of me! He is like family. I have worked for other companies, but they are not like Concentric. If you want to travel and have the best experience, please use Concentric. Trust me, I am a very picky person and only like the best!

I enjoy working for a company that appreciates their employees, and I like that my job is so diversified. I meet so many different types of people across the nation because we have so many contracts in all states, including Hawaii and Alaska! Most of my Surgical/Pharmacy employees have been with me for over a year, and I know it's because Concentric allows me to pay my employees top pay and gives me the autonomy needed to manage my division.

Very unprofessional nursing agency. I have been a RN for 18 years with great experiences as well as wonderful employment. I applied with this company 3 months before leaving the state of Maine, arrived at my travel destination and was given 12 hours a week in a detox center in Phoenix. Company did not keep their word as far as scheduled hours, horrible communication. This is my first time commenting openly concerning a nursing agency, do not apply and waste your time.

I have been with Concentric since 2013. I started traveling in 2014 and have never had a problem. The entire crew at Concentric is very professional and personable, it is nice to be able to call in and have people remember your name. I have been working with Nick for a year now and can honestly say the past year has been the best yet. Nick is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his nurses are taken care of and he always makes it a point to check in at least once a week even if that means leaving a message because "night shifters" sleep during the day. Nick has exceeded my expectations as a recruiter and I hope to work with him for a long time!

Ms Jennifer Liscomb is a very hard worker. She will fight for you to get the best contract for you. She is there to assist in making sure your experience at the facility is a positive one and if by chance it is not, she is there to lend support. As Jennifer as your recruiter, you can be secure in knowing you are not left alone once the contract is signed.

She is always professional and is always there. I have known her to put her work first over her own personal life to make sure a contract remained viable for me. For me, she is Concentric and she represents the company well. She is truly and exemplary employee.
