Does the exterior of your property need some landscaping work? Do you need a tree trimmed or removed? Do you need your gutters cleaned or your driveway power washed? If the answer to any of these questions is "Yes, " then call the professionals at Hire a Husband, Inc. We have been providing quality outdoor handyman services for residential and commercial customers since 2001.
Dominic and Ray spent hours clearing away the trees that grew along the edge of the property. The trees were between the shed and a pole, along a bank, against the street at a sharp turn and they grew tall and were tangled between the telephone wires. The trees were big and heavy, but the guys got them down without damaging our property. Now the sun can shine on the garden and we don't have to worry about what might happen to those trees in a storm.

Hired this company for fixing my Grandmother-in-law's post on her carport when she backed into it. They came out right away and were even able to fix it the next day after giving us a quote. Great handyman service for all your needs. Service: Exterior structural repairs

We recently bought a house in the West End of Allentown, that was previously owned by an older woman who was by herself. The vast majority of the work done in the last months - while she was trying to sell it, and before our purchase, was done by "Hire a Husband". We are now spending COUNTLESS hours re-doing work he "completed". The work was done in such poor quality -- you can tell it was rushed, and the cheapest, most short term solutions were employed to cut corners.

We have the receipts from the cost of the work, and I am blown away. Simple things like painting and caulking are a mess. Plaster and drywall repairs are as well. I have pictures to back everything up. I literally have paint peeling off in sheets on woodwork upstairs in the 4th bedroom because he used latex paint over old oil based paint WITHOUT priming it.

Huge chunks of caulk covered in gobs of paint are everywhere. The neighbor told us (or so he thought ) that this woman who owned the house, had used this contractor for most of the 4 years she owned the house -- and it is obvious. The flooring laid down is popping up everywhere (its vinyl tiles in an extra bathroom and vinyl flooring in the kitchen).

Not only that, the water line to the fridge was covered by the vinyl flooring, and painted over! Who does that? So we came into the house thinking we'd have water to the fridge, and had to have someone come out and punch it back through. The list goes on in terms of what we are finding, and I have about 6000$ plus in receipts for work that was "done". Ridiculous and unprofessional.

I think, to be honest, he knew she was away in another country for her job and wouldn't be there to see the final work, and also she was an older woman alone. STAY AWAY.

Been my "other husband" for at least 20 years. Since my husband died, he's the one I count on to maintain my house. His work is good, prices fair and he's reliable.
