This place will just waste your time. Its basically full of call center people who have no experience in recruiting or working with corporations. They grab your resume off the internet and want you to fill the one opening they have no matter your fit. No legwork or follow ups. Then they churn people every month cause of failure and a new person contacts you with the same opening. Useless.

I understand the whole COVID19 situation is difficult for recruiters and applicants alike but least this company can do is follow up with their clients. I have been contacted 5 times by Signature Consultants about developer positions. They tell me they like my experience and I will be a great fit etc. and that they will schedule an interview. Then they leave you hanging and never call back or respond to calls. 5 different times in the past 3 months this has happened with all different recruiters.

The worst service ever! I was dealing with a Melissa and she was very short with me and acted like she knew it all. I worked overnight on a document for her and she didn't even acknowledge receipt, and failed to reply to my emails asking for feedback. Giving up on her, I then reached out to Pat the team leader, and Mr Cohen, all failing to respond. What a terrible company to deal with. Stay away!

They love wasting your time on phone and in their office. Every few days they call me to see how my search is coming along.duh. I should ask you this question. They keep sending me job descriptions asking me to reply to their email acknowledging that I give them sole right to represent me for that job, then never hear back from them. Most of their recruiters are dumb as door knobs in fancy clothes, they ask you question that you have emailed them already, ,, then they act as if they didnt get that email asking more dumb questions like "are you sure you sent it to my address?" (I normally reply to their email and dont type their email address manually). My advice is to go apply at the hiring company directly or use anyone other than Signature Consultants in Fort Lauderdale.really couldn't figure out their agenda!

Very bad experience. In the beginning everything was fine and I went to an interview. But after Signature Recruiter just disappeared. No follow up, no answers on phone calls. Even if I didn't pass interview company like Signature Consultants should have enough professionalism to follow up with a client.

I was contacted on LinkdIn: "Your profile looks great for a a Senior Cognos Developer position I am currently working on with XXX company in Deerfield Beach, FL! Are you open to new opportunities in the local market? What is a good time and number I can reach you at? Look forward to hearing from you!" I did call her back and realized that while this position was not for me, there was a great analyst role with her client.
She looked into it and left me a voice mail stating that they would gladly submit my resume but would like to go make sure I was ok with the salary. I called her back to discuss. I emailed her back about her voice mail. A week and a half passed and she did not call me back. Finally spoke to her manager who claimed they did not have my correct phone number despite me ALWAYS leaving my number at the end of a message.
I guess she was also unable to hit the correct reply to my email button to advise me either way about the position. Finally spoke to her so called manager who called it a misunderstanding and did not have my correct contact info. Very lousy business acumen for these clowns.

These people are data gatherers [Mark]. THey got your info from your resume and then they dissappear with it. God knows what they do with it. If you don't go for the job they first give you they drop you. They do not look for work for you anymore. I got a job with these people, but when I was unhappy at the spot they would not find me a new one. Even after I went permenant they woudl NOT find me a new job. STAY AWAY FROM THESE & OTHER HEADHUNTERS! Call them, get the info, and just apply yourself. Write in and send in your resume to the company. If you're good, they'll go for you and hide it from the headhunters.
