GARBAGE AGENCY! My experience was horrendous with the recruiter and agency. I was well qualified for the job and they never followed up with me. When I met with the recruiter I could tell she was already judging me. Stay away from this useless agency because they pick and choose who they give the jobs to.

I have worked for many different Staffing Firms and Pacific Staffing is by far the best employment agency I ever had the privilege to work for. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was placed very quickly which turned into a permanent position that I have been at for 7 years that I absolutely love!

I was called in for an interview with Liz when I was desperately trying to find employment after graduating from College. I have never gone through a staffing agency before but the position I was interested in was listed by Pacific Staffing. I met with Lucy and she listened to everything I was looking for in a company and introduced me to other positions in addition to the one I was first interested. Lucy was determined to find me somewhere that I enjoyed being every day.

This staffing agency is totally unprofessional they are a huge waste of time! Do not expect a call back or acknowledgment from the recruiters. Seems like they only pick and choose who they want to work with. There are far better agencies out there who go above and beyond for people looking for work. Definitely not Pacific Staffing!

I applied for a position on their website and was contacted same day by recruiter Lucy Wright (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucy-wright-05168865/) who wanted me to come in for an "interview". I made myself available for the scheduled date, got dressed up, headed down. Lucy neglected to tell me until I showed up that the position I applied for, they already sent a number of other people to get interviewed by the client.

But we spent the time discussing my experiences (whenever I could a word in edgewise), handed over my resume and was instructed on when to follow up with her. Within a span of weeks, Lucy kept telling me that supposedly the client isn't getting back to them. Things became suspect when I did get a call from Lucy offering me a very short term position with the same client, but for lower pay and no conversion, not at all like the original position I applied for and I turned it down.

The final communication I was told by Lucy that Pacific Staffing and the client were at a "standstill" and even supposedly the people who already interviewed with them never got a response. I just checked their website and saw that the position I applied for is no longer listed. I wasted a day making my way down there and there was never any discussion about any disqualifying factors, or if there was anything to begin with.

I was pretty much deceived from the start. You know those online articles that discuss why temp agencies can't be trusted? Pacific Staffing is exhibit A to the subject, with contributions made in no small part by Lucy Wright. So yes, a number of the negative reviews here are on the mark.

Total waste of my time. I applied constantly and even called bc i was seeking a new job. Nope never called me. I even left a message and not even a call back. Made me waste my time to come in to have one on one "interview" with the recruiter and yet have no leads to a job. If i get a phone call I will decline wasting my gas to end up being no where

My experience with Pacific Staffing has not been a pleasant one. I have been dealing with Preet Kaur (Recruiter), who has been non responsive. I have had to call and email her multiple times, and express that I would appreciate a response. Once she finally responds, there is always some excuse as to why she has not responded. Don't get me wrong, I understand that she is very busy, but she owes her candidates some follow up, especially if they are expressing interest in positions posted by Pacific Staffing. Preet's lack of response is assumed to mean that she simply does not care, which unfortunately does not reflect positively for Pacific Staffing. I hope this is not a true indicator of the way Pacific Staffing does business.

I found this temp agency through a google search. I honestly did not expect to get connected to a job so quickly! I submitted my resume on their website and the same day I received a call! Within 3 days I was matched to a company, interviewed, and hired! I briefly spoke with Liz who was my recruiter and she was very professional. Alyssa helped me with the rest of the on-boarding process and I absolutely love her! She is incredibly sweet and excellent at communicating. Thank you Pacific Staffing for getting me a job so fast!

I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Staffing. After coming back to work following a Maternity leave, Liz and Karleen made me feel welcome and wanted. I completed some assessment testing at home consisting of the Microsoft office suite so they could assess my computer knowledge. Liz and I met for a nice interview where we discussed my options and what I was looking for.

After a few weeks and lots of communication back and forth regarding different possibilities, they found a job for me. If you are looking for a job, give their website a shot. They have a job board that lets you see exactly what jobs they are hiring for.
