Great place to get some proficiency testing done for WORD and EXCEL. Typing test was especially good. Front desk staff is very efficient and helpful.

I recently was blessed to be involved with the wonderful people at Denham Resources. It's not a typical staffing agency. The recruiters care about you and want to put you with the right client. I submitted my resume to Stephanie for an executive assistant position but they realized I was better suited to a position that Fabrizia was trying to fill that actually paid more!

I start a week from Monday. Seriously, if you have skills and experience, let the recruiters at Denham Resources help you find your new position. It'll be worth your time.

From the phone call when I set up my appointment till the very last moment when I received my typing certificate, the front office manager was informulable, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made the entire experience very positive. Thanks!

I have tried to work with Denham over 25 years or so. When I came back to Fresno I immediately got their attention and they had some potential spots for me, all very under my skill level and less than 40% of what I was used to making. Shoot to this go around 2018-2021, I signed up again, made sure they had my accurate information and had an informational interview.

Without pointing out people that work there, I will say they are disorganized! They had far out of date information on me from 20 years prior, no matter how many times I resent them my resume, home address and contact numbers. After being promised they would help me and work with me, I never got a call. Numerous times I called to ask about a listing from different agents and each time I was told that the "company has pulled the listing." This is what I realize Denham uses to ice you out -- someone decides they don't want to represent you so this is the excuse you get each time. It's truly too bad, they seemed like nice people and I was glad to see they had a good team. They asked me about other former co-workers who I highly recommended, but I do know they haven't gotten them jobs either. Go figure.

What a bad experience I had with this so-called agency! They don't even deserve ONE star - If zero stars was a choice, that is exactly what they would get! I had an online interview all set up and got all ready, made sure my camera was on, made sure I was professionally presentable, then 40 minutes before the interview was to begin, they FINALLY got around to sending me a Simple-Simon e-mail saying my interview had been cancelled because the person scheduled to the interview was "Out Sick".! Really?

Sure they were "sick"! That is highly unlikely, otherwise they would not have waited until 30 minutes before the interview was scheduled to begin to even notify me that the interview was cancelled! Don't even waste your precious time with this unprofessional "so-called" agency, they don't have ANY jobs to offer and they aren't even capable of doing an online interview! What a waste of my time! Total Flakes! Bummer

Thank you so much denham I cannot thank you enough moved to the valley and needed a job quickly found denham online for a job posting in customer service emailed them that I was interested in job I got an email the next day the process was quick and easy i had an interview with the staffing manager Debbie she was very sweet and helpful through the whole process even checked in with me after I was hired to see how things were going at my new job. We continue to keep in contact till this day I would recommend them for job placement very professional and great at what they do!

So glad I found this place! They have Very nice staff, unlike another agency I went to. They really made sure they found me a job that fit my experience level and I couldn't be happier! Kathy and Debbie are the best!

Awesome staff, Hannah assisted me during my re-certification for a typing certificate. Location can be a bit tricky, location is pretty prime, my instance very close to my work. Hannah very attentive, very kind and respectful, great service and overall visit!

I'd give them no stars if I could. I have applied for over 5 positions and I am very qualified. It's pretty sad that I have yet to get a reply of ANY kind. I have even called the office and spoke to Fabrizia and she very quickly told me that if my skills match the job, I will be notified. This place used to be so different. You could come in and get skills testing done, help with your resume, and take typing test.

Now you cant even speak to someone over the phone unless they think your "skills" match a job they posted. I'll take my skills and my talent elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Interning at Denham has been an amazing experience. Everyone is friendly and professional. Everyone that works here is passionate about helping people. The most enjoyable part of the job is the confidence they help instill in you as an employee. I can say I admire the ethical practice at this company. Highly recommend.

How much is it for a typing certificate? and can i walk in or do i have to make an appointment?

My experience here was pleasant. It will be my go to place to renew my typing certificate yearly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My certificate was emailed to me so it can be digital, I got an official certificate & she made a copy for me as well all for $10.

The best employment agency in the Valley! Locally owned by kind, helpful people! Worked with them for several years and never, ever had an issue. They helped me when I had an uncomfortable situation without hesitation. They always went above and beyond to help me with questions I had. I felt like part of a family.

A new resident of Fresno, I went by these folk to get help brushing up my resume for the coming job search. They did help suggest changes and offered feedback. Excellent head hunter; kind, professional, and prompt!

Would not recommend them to assist with job placement. My experience was awful. Terrible initial interview by DD as she fixated on the wrong things and asked inappropriate and irrelevant questions, including my salary history. She was to submit me to a company which had more than one opening. I had to contact her for status of my submission and also, at her request, let her know if I accepted any other employment.

I was transparent with her that I had been interviewed but had no offers yet, so was continuing my search. I called today to let her know I received an offer. Only then did she say that the position I was submitted for was filled over a week ago! If you value honesty and integrity DO NOT bother with Denham Resources.
