I came in for an interview that they made me wait an extraordinary amount of time for only to be harassed by the owner. He saw fit to carry on a political conversation that was not instigated and express her believes that Joe Biden is a pedophile. The owner of this company is a disgusting pig and should not be in business. She clearly lacks the ability to act professionally.

When you ask them to find a job making a little more money they immediately send an email to the company saying you dont wanna work there. Place is a waste of time.

I worked for this employer decades ago and I was informed of the same ownership and management. Recent scenarios described are consistent with experiences derived from many years ago. However, at that time social media was not around yet. Possibly, social media reviews will document and detail accounts of inhumane management and inappropriate organizational behavior.

This is a family owned business and the behavior described is generated from the original owner's sons who now own and operate this establishment. He will push your emotions to the limit and is keenly aware of how far he can push you right at your breaking point. This has nothing to do with your job performance. BEWARE

They find you good jobs but they get over by taking people's hard earned money you put in all those hours and they give you what they want to you have when it comes to your money I am not playing with this place about money I will be calling labor laws and the better business bureau they not supposed to be taking people's money it's against the law. If you don't speak up about these people taking your money they will keep doing it

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. The owner is a monster. A pompous, self serving monster. Richard is more concerned with verbally abusing, threatening and bad mouthing the few employees he has left than properly running this practice. His mother should have left in control someone who doesn't have rage issues. While the miserable or backstabbing employees tremble in fear at the thought of interacting with their boss; RICH is off terminating positions, or off on vacations, on golf outings, or planning retirement before 60 with funds that he promised to his employees in order to get them to quit their more secure jobs only to not receieve the promised pay once firmly in the seats of his many offices.

I really hope this guy closes up shop before I find the right attorney to inform him the correct business practice rights in regards to FRAUD, BREACH OF ORAL CONTRACT, HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION. He doesn't seem to understand that other peoples personal property and lives have value. I have never witnessed an employer scream with spit dribbling in front of potential recruited employees for the clients he does not even know how to interact with.

This place is unprofessional, unfriendly and unreliable. Ask around. There are other offices that have management that actually respects their workers not only if they have a a family relation to the owner. And offices that do not favor women who exchange sexual favors in 6-inch heels in exchange for special treatment.

Got a job fast, great service, very easy, they get you a job without judgement of appearance, culture, ect. They do thier BEST to match jobs based on your preferences and knowledge. Pheonix is there to HELP, so these bad review are mostly from people who couldnt do a job THEY AGREED to do. Pheonix does thier part, its up to us to step up and do our part. My husband got a job via this agency. The agent bent the truth and outright lied about the hours involved for the description of the job. He quit a couple days later.

Very unhappy with my experience with is company. I was called in for an interview, waited in the lobby for over an hour only to have the interview last less than a minute. Also, they didn't even have any jobs in my field and the interviewer never read my resume. Avoid this place.
