Since March 2020, I've been an independent contractor. Tracey and Ann of KRG recently helped me get back into a more traditional career path despite the 2 year gap on my resume from the manufacturing world. They were mindful of my career goals and were always timely with their communications. I would highly recommend them as advocates and liasons for anyone searching for new employment opportunities!

KRG is where we go when we need to hire a temp or permanent worker. We have reached out to them on numerous occasions for varying needs. They ALWAYS come through for us, even in a tight job market. The individuals they send over are professional and competent. If you need a to fill a post in your company, I cannot recommend KRG enough.

Ann at KRG reached out to me a few months ago regarding a legal secretary position in Rochester. I wasn't actively trying to leave my other job, but I was interested in getting back in my field after being laid off during the pandemic. I originally was unresponsive after I was sent the incorrect testing info, but Ann reached out to me once again to let me know the employer was still very interested in interviewing me.

I filled out the correct tests and proofed the resume she made for me and had a successful interview a week later. I am now happily employed at my firm and have been for the past few months. Ann was very personable and transparent about everything -- super easy to follow up with her via text and very supportive throughout the whole process. Working here is sort of like watching a snake eating itself. You learn something but you also really wish you never had the experience in the first place.

I cant say enough good things about this place and Peggy Koch! I relocated back to WNY and applied for a job through KRG on Indeed. Within a day I was contacted by Peggy and we were able to meet two days later to discuss what I was looking for. She scheduled multiple interviews for me within hours of meeting that day and I was able to secure a job in less than a week of our first meeting. I had an amazing experience working with Peggy Koch at Key Resource Group. She listened to me and helped me realized that I was holding on to bad feelings from my previous employer, that I had a lot to offer to prospective employers and helped me gain confidence again. After actively searching for a job on my own for almost 6 months, Peggy helped me secure two interviews in the three weeks after I met with her; one with whom, I am happy to say, is my new employer.

She is very involved with the process and really understands the stress involved with looking for new employment. Their main objective is to help you find your dream job and it shows in everything they do.

I signed up with Key Resource Group a year ago, to date I have received little contact from this agency. As a client of this agency I feel I was not valued, and no effort was made to find positions that I was interested in. When I did hear from a recruiter, I was told, that they would get back to me about possible positions and there was never any follow up.

Whenever I see a job listed with Key Resource Group specifically, I avoid the positions because I do not trust the staff. My fiance had a similar experience with this agency.

I would suggest speaking with someone in person re: job interests rather than via email. I had sent an inquiry to a recruiter at KRS, it was just a simple question. Immediately, they wanted my resume but never answered my question. Beware of any organization that wants something from you but refuses to give you anything in return (such as a basic answer to a question).
