Worst temporary agency I have ever dealt with. So completely unprofessional, I don't know if it's common practice for their employees to not be helping to keep you employed, But working with them I was under the impression that they would find you a job and help you keep said job. That however does not seem to be the case as I recently worked with them took a position.

Then after I was working there for about 2 weeks they kept asking about how it was going. So I told them I was a little nervous because people kept quitting all around me. Also the boss told me I can switch my hours at my interview after I was trained, which ended up not being true, however I was sticking with it and enjoying the job, but the girl at selective staffing chose to go back to my employer and relay everything that I had said to her. Which then caused them to let me go, so don't waste your time using them if you would like to find a job that is lasting.

I highly recommend Selective Staffing. Stefanie has assisted me during the beginning of the pandemic. The entire staff is very professional. I received more job opportunities from this agency than the others. This agency also landed me in the law industry and today I am still working at a law firm with my own office. At the New York State unemployment office there was a job offered. only you had to go through there "selective solution staffing" my unemployment specialist submitted a form. I was called for an interview & fill out additional information. When I arrive for my appointment & ask for Lauren Rottella she wasn't even the one I was supposed to interview with she's only the receptionist.

The other lady had no clue what a job I was applying for. Really. after they're the ones who called to interview for it They're asking me what job I applied for? (when everything is coed and a secret between unemployment and them.) I think they just want you to sign up for their service and there really wasn't any job in Lancaster that was being offered! very unprofessional a big waste of my time/gas and the jobs probably all the way already filled by now if there really was one.

Run around like a chicken without a head for jobs that don't exist and companies who can't place you because they don't know what their own business. Very upprofession! Very upset!

I've dealt with many hiring agencies the past couple of years and I would have to say that my best experience was with Selective Staffing. They're entire staff is very professional and they really care about getting you a job that's just right for you. From the beginning to the end, the whole process was really easy and quick! I couldn't believe how fast I got a job offer after so many months of looking on my own and never hearing back from anyone! (less than two weeks!) I worked with Mitch while there and he was awesome!

He always updated me on what was going on throughout the whole hiring process and was there if I had any questions or concerns. He was also very helpful in preparing for the interviews and made sure I knew what to ask and how to respond to certain questions, it really made the interviews go a lot easier for me.
