As a full-time contractor, who works at another company (let's call it R) but was hired through IGNW, I have to say this company definitely deserves 5 starts! I interviewed with R that wants to hire me directly, but they couldn't do it due to my location reason (R was incorporated in 11 states, and mine wasn't included and I wasn't interested in relocating).

So the company R decided to work around hiring me through a third-party staffing agency, that's where IGNW came into play. The entire process with IGNW is beyond amazing! Even before I started the onboarding process, my manager at R who has worked with IGNW multiple times had told me they'd be the best staffing company EVER. It turned out, YES! INDEED! BEST EVER!

Shout out to Cammie, Brittany, Susan, Bill, Jon, and other colleagues for being such a fantastically nice and professional team. I've never had a single question that was not being answered during my process. What made me really grateful is that after I've signed all the paperwork and before starting with R, Cammie and Brittany scheduled a meeting to walk me through the processes & checklists to ensure I can hit the ground running with my new team.

IGNW was a great place to work for as a contractor. I'd highly recommend it for those who are looking for that new opportunity. The staff was responsive and attentive to my needs throughout the duration of my contract.

This is a great place to work at. The pay is good and the benefits are great. Along with what you get, the people are amazing. Cammie Stein and Brittany Bowling are two people that have helped me beyond belief while working here at IGNW and I cannot thank them for their help and support enough.

I had a really great experience working with IGNW. From the beginning of the job search, to the interview process, and ultimately through my job with the company I ended up being placed with, I felt very comfortable and happy with my decision to work with them. The team checked in periodically (but not too often, which was nice), and they always provided answers to any questions I had in a timely manner. I would absolutely work with them again.

This was my first experience as a contractor and IGNW couldn't have made it easier. They kept me in the loop during the interview process, negotiated fair hourly rate as best they could, continuously engage with me during my time here. I plan to transition to FTW in a few months & I'm sure they will make the transition seamless. I'd highly recommend them & would be my first choice if I ever decide to go back to contracting.

IGNW (CDW) was a very positive experience, from start to finish. They connected me to a great local company, helped negotiate a good contract rate, and were responsive and able administrators. Ending my contract was as smooth and stress free as starting. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

Onboarding with IGNW was very smooth and efficient. It wasn't just paperwork, either. I had a pleasant "get to know you" meeting with my main contact at IGNW when I first joined. They reached out to check on me a few times during my 5-month contract -- just to see how things were going. And when I reached out to them, they were quick to respond.

Friendly staff, recruiters go out of their way to ensure ongoing communication and check-ins happen, regular outings are organized for contractors and IGNW staff to meet in a relaxed atmosphere and socialize and continue relationship building. The expertise for which you are hired is greatly respected and they are an agency solidly in your corner.

My manager referred me to use this company as my vendor for my contract. So far it has been a great time! They sometimes take me out to lunch and invite me to happy hours where I get to network with other professionals. The rate they gave me was higher than what I asked for too. Overall, these guys have been really helpful and professional.

Relocating to the area so posted resume on job site this company contacted me. Pretty good communication till I actually moved to the area, then no followup and would not return phone calls.

Company contacted me from linkedin. Wasn't prepared, couldn't answer questions, didn't care in the slightest. Don't waste your time.
