I worked for them as a registered nurse during the COVID surge. Payday passed on January 7, 2022 but I was not paid. Since that date I have reached out to Accounting Assistant Maggie Chan, Chief Accounting Officer Deborah Dombrowski, and even the agency owner, Albert Compitello. An entire week has passed since payday and nothing has been done. Failing to pay an employee is the lowest, sleaziest thing you can do as an employer.

And let's not forget that it's illegal. I was told that there were contributing factors to delayed pay, as one of their employees in payroll resigned. I was told that they were recently brought out by another organization. One thing I was not told, though, was when I would get paid. Yesterday the recruiter Stacey Kostue advised me that although she could not assist, that Al Compitello had the authority to arrange for funds to be wired.

That was yesterday. Today nothing has been done. I even reached out to the organization that brought them out, ACS Solutions. According the Vice President of Human Resources, Marne Oberg, she was informed that Al Compitello had addressed it. Nothing has been addressed. I still have not been paid. At this point, I know that I will have to go to Small Claims Court to obtain my pay. Interacting with the above people has only resulted in feeling immensely frustrated and angry, because no one here seems to care that you deserve and need your money to meet financial obligations. So Momentum, let's not meet again.

Excellent experience with these folks. From the moment that Bryan found my profile on LinkedIn, the whole experience was great. This was my first time working on a contract/W2 basis and I have absolutely no regrets about doing it. They placed me with a great client which opened many doors and allowed me to grow tremendously on a professional level. Bryan worked closely with the client to make sure that everything was a good fit throughout the entire project.

The benefits provided by momentum were great, they actually seemed a bit better than average for being a W2 employee. The back office that Momentum has is also nothing short of rock star level. Any time I had a question, Maggie had a response to me within minutes. Communication with Bryan was also great also- every so often we would touch base to make sure everything was going good, and also just to chat for a bit.
