Since 1976, companies have been turning to Charles Stickler Associates to help them find the talent that allows them to compete and succeed. We work exclusively in the metals industry, on a national basis.
We offer a range of services from retained, contingency, to flat fee that provide a broad range of options. Once you hire us, together we'll develop the search criteria and begin to screen candidates. Our fee is billed upon acceptance of an offer to one of our candidates. We charge 25% of the first year estimated earnings and provide a 60 day (from start date) moneyback guarantee.
We frequently get calls from clients asking us how much they should pay for a particular position. Obviously, if we're conducting a search for you, you're already receiving salary information on the potential pool of candidates. But what if you're not at ready to have us conduct your search? Give us a call, if we have matching data in our system, we're happy to give you an idea of salary levels. We don't always, however, have enough data at every position, in every location to give you statistically relevant information.
I don't need to do an advanced statistical analysis to know that the average age in the metals industry is pretty high.
