RESPONSIVENESS - It can take weeks to recruit qualified applicants from shockingly expensive classified and job board ads. A trusted staffing agency gets immediate results. You have qualified new employee resources, in place, as soon as you need them. FLEXIBILITY - Staff up when the workload increases. Cut back when things slow down. Why carry more people on your payroll than necessary?

I once had a job through this place and quit the job because I found a secure job. The guy called me using foul language over and over. Wouldn't recommend. And the jobs they post are misleading! you'll apply for a job thinking it's a different company but you're really applying for addeco temp agency. Avoid this place.

While working for Adecco I was hired by Laurie and recruited by Ms. Jami. The process was quick and seamless taking a mere 2 days. Upon my arrival to the company we entered into an 6-8 week training where we worked to learn our specific position. While the call center was by far the worst experience ever and was ran extremely wrong Jami fought to give us the best experience day in and day out.
Often times making sure our pay was correct, handling any time off needs, and making sure mentally we liked our jobs or could handle the changes happening around us. Some of these locations do not treat their employees well. Conduent being one of them. It was hard to blame the Temp agency when they weren't being treated well from the company either.
All in all Ms. Jami made sure I was paid weekly, helped me find a suitable position for my life at the time and continues to help me find different career opportunities although I am no longer on my first assignment. I recommend Adecco to anyone willing to try something new. Ms. Jami is caring and determined to find something you are passionate about and if she can't she will do her best to find you something that will keep you paid.

The new staff is amazing! How refreshing! Jami Copelin and her staff led by Kara Smith are professionals who are willing to go above and beyond for their professionals. They treat people with respect and compassion which goes along way these days! They are straight forward clear and concise with expectations. They are always available during business hours and are proactive problem solvers also! Great temp to hire agency with great opportunities if you are serious about being a professional.

My daughter applied for a job at adeco. Adeco called and offered her a job at a call center. They made an appointment for her to come in and give her id. She drove all the way there. The older man told her they cant hire her because of a previous job she had thru adeco in tennessee. He had found this out in the morning, her appointment was 4:30pm.
He acted very condensending to her. I am disappointed in this company. Adeco should screen there employees better, this man should be in a position to disrespect people. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague. A very low class staff.

Laura is one of the rudest, unprofessional staffing agent in the world. I have never seen a person who has no class as well as her boss. Everyone company should be aware of this staffinf agency in getting them to help them staff people. All the Adecco companies acrosz the US are very professional, but this lady and her bosz here in Tallahassee should be fired.

Ms. Laurie and Mr. Jerry have bent over backwards to help me find assignments. When a client comes in looking for a potential employee, they tell the Adecco office what they're looking for, and they expect the office staff to screen through who they have in the system prior to sending them out. Not everyone is fully qualified to be assigned to a specific client.
This is something that many who work for temp agencies don't understand. I am very grateful for the work that the Adecco office has done to help me find permanent work, and the lengths they've gone to find me temporary assignments in the interim. Ms. Laurie took Ryan's place from my understanding, and she has been nothing short of amazing. I've never had any issues with communication with her or Mr. Jerry, and any issues I may have had have been handled rather expeditiously.
I would highly recommend Adecco for job placement and assistance. A little bit of personal accountability and professionalism goes a long way when you're dealing with a potential employer, including a temp agency, and to be perfectly honest, I couldn't imagine having to do the job they do with regards to screening candidates and dealing with the attitudes some people nowadays have.

These two are very rude Jerry and Laurie. I called to check the status of a upcoming job on a Thursday, Laurie told me to give her a call back on Monday and thats what i did. When i called ro speak to Laurie, Jerry picked up with an attitude and rokd ne I had an appointment with them on Friday I didnt show up. I never spoke to either of them about this. Laurie gets on the phone calls me a smart ass and goes off and hangs up. I need the corporate office number asap

There really needs to be an option to rate some companies with zero stars because that would accurately describe the level of professionalism at this company. Ryan is rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking any sense of personal accountability. Jerry, the branch manager, is his enabler. When you report Ryan's deplorable behavior to Jerry, he will defend him and absolutely no actions will be taken to correct or address the issue.
I have worked for Adecco off and on since the early 2000s and it pains me to see what it has turned into. Also be forewarned, Ryan is spiteful and vindictive and he will give you a negative reference if you list them as a previous employer, no matter how good you may think your relationship with the company may be. No employee, or even human being, deserves to be treated the way that Ryan treats the employees of this company. Avoid them at all costs until some corrective action is taken.
