Haley walked me through everything I needs to know about the job and how it works to go through LC staffing. It made me feel really at ease with the whole process. She made suggestions of timing of application based on the job I wanted and time off. She was all around very knowledgeable about the best actions. She is so kind and happy to help. Companies work with LC staffing for specific people and Haley knows if you'll be a good fit or not.

Haley was not helpful. All of the jobs I qualified for she said she would not submit me for because they all want a permanent hire. I thought the point of a temp agency was to help people find temporary jobs that they can do temporarily and with flexibility with the option for a permanent position. I came to LC Staffing to relieve some of the stress of looking for work just to find out that I still have to do all of the work myself. Also, I saw a few jobs available with LC Staffing and she told me that they were not hiring.

Dawn is a great recruiter. She is always very helpful and super friendly. I've never seen her in a bad mood. Dawn is consistently answering any questions or concerns I may have and keeping me up to date on job opportunities I'm interested in. She goes above and beyond my expectations. For example, I recently moved to Missoula and I couldn't have done it without her.

It feels to me that she genuinely cares and is very reliable. She's interested in my personal success and goes out of her way to ensure that I find a job that fits my interests, not just any job to get me placed.

3 workforce employment companies in The Valley. They all suck. Never met one local yet who had any success getting the job they applied for ( not counting the ones working at applied materials, who because of previous experience, keep getting cycled thru ). So many red flags with these companies, it's pathetic.

As a small business owner operating in Western Montana I have had to learn the hard way that hiring well is critical to the success of my service business. If you are too small for in house human resources management, relying on the professionalism and expertise of LC Staffing is the best possible way to ensure you don't suffer the losses incurred by a poor hiring decision. Linda and her team have delivered consistently by sitting down with us to help determine the best possible fit for our team.

Worst year of my life. I would only recommend using LC Staffing as a temporary solution whilst looking elsewhere for a form of employment. It took me over a year, multiple jobs, and multiple disappointing experiences to finally get out. Many of my jobs I was not given expected starting wages as well as the duration of the job was not correct in one instance where I was given a full time job that turned out to only be a temp job.

The people at LC Staffing truly don't care for the wellbeing of their employees and are only searching for people to use as a farm for their money. At one point I was offered a permanent job at a reasonable wage, however the wonderful people at LC Staffing forced me to work 3 more months at a lower wage until getting on. Despite my mentioning of how this new higher wage would dramatically improve my life I was told that I had to finish out my hours with LC Staffing.

So I suffered through 3 more months being paid far less than I could have been. I hope they all feel good about putting people through that. It is truly insulting. I could genuinely go on for ages about all the other wrong doings I experienced with this company. In conclusion, these people are greedy and care not one bit about you finding a successful real job. Would not recommend by any means.

I was let go from my last job. I put in an interview with LC Staffing. Let me tell you, these people got right back to me and schedualed an interview with me. My recruiter was Erin. This woman not only helped me get the job I wanted, but went above and beyond to get me the job i wanted. The staff at LC Staffing are very nice, and professional. The staff at LC Staffing didn't stop there when I got my job. Erin has called and checked up on me just to see how I was doing.

They will help you with anything you need. I really encourage people to go through LC Staffing if they are looking for help in finding a job. Thank you Erin and the rest of the staff at LC Staffing.

Don't bother using this service, nothing but rude and snotty staff, especially Amy Slobma. Total waste of time.

LC Staffing is a wonderful employment opportunity! I felt appreciated as an employee and respected for my academic and professional accomplishments. LC does not make you feel like a disposable employee and values you for individuality. This is a great place to find work opportunities and further develop the skills you may already have. They will work with you to ensure you are at an assignment that fits your needs and are always helpful with any questions you may have. I am truly thankful to have come across LC and the employment opportunity they have found for me! Thank you guys!

I used to use this service to fine employees. I called them to find an outside sales person who would be driving making outside sales calls in and out of state. LC states that they check a persons background before sending them to the client. This is complete lies. They sent me a guy who had over 5 DUI's on his record and who could not start his car unless he breathed in a tube into his car to make sure he did not have alcohol on his breath and was currently on parole for another DUI!

None of this information was forwarded to me and needless to me I found out when the employee started to call my customers when he was drunk. This was a known fact that LC knew about and kept from me. This is the reason that we pay a temporary agency the fee for, to research the background of the individuals, to give them a clean bill of health so us the customer do not have to. I would not recommend using this company. Your better off using your own judgement as they are doing the background checks, but pushing the liability on to you.
