I am going to go into thorough detail of my experience below. Skip to the bottom if you want the short version. I used their website to send an inquiry-to get the job search started. I received a reply from Jennifer Defreece within 2-3 business days. Okay, not the swiftest moving company, but it sometimes takes time. That Friday afternoon she asked for a resume and what I was looking for. Seeing as most places close during weekends, I replied on Sunday.
I continued waiting for acknowledgement, an interview setup which is usually par for the course, anything. 3 more business days go by, nothing. At this point, I've used a few agencies before to know that this company did not respect my time, or my need to find a job. Other agencies will at the very least meet with you to see what you're looking for, and often have jobs they can reach out to immediately; if not, they'll at least communicate that they do not. So, I sent an email stating I was terminating the process, and that I may leave a review for other future clients, to give them a heads up.
Guess what? I got a reply the next day. What did they say, you ask? They tried to shift the blame to me, saying they had responded immediately. She then blames me for asking to be contacted during certain hours, even though I also stated that I would be flexible. Even disregarding everything, I find it hard to believe that for 3 business days straight, she didn't have time to send an email to setup an meeting, to say they had nothing, or have 60 seconds for a phone call between 1-4PM.
I do not know how "but I can be flexible" translates to not communicating with me, and then blaming me for my hours and not contacting me. I literally have the screenshots. This place is shady and does NOT care about you, only their image.
