After looking for a job for weeks, I came across Hammes staffing. I went to Hammes Staffing that morning they told me to send over my updated resume and that's what I did. Then he informed me that someone will call me later that afternoon. You know how many staffing companies told me that a lot. Hammes Staffing called me that afternoon. I spoke to a guy name Jared.

He was very nice, caring person. Jared informed me what he had going out that I was qualify for. Jared asked me how far I was willing to drive. Jared also informed me that he had a GREAT job in Mount Pleasant. I informed him I didn't like Mount Pleasant but he informed me that I would like. Thank You (Jared) and Hammes Staffing I Love my job. That's why I gave Hammes Staffing 5 stars. If anyone looking for a job go to Hammes Staffing they will get you working ASAP.

Phone interview 9:30. No call, no explanation, no attempt to reschedule. Very unprofessional. I would recommend that Indeed not share information with this firm as it looks just as bad for them.

Everyone is so nice, they have been helping me ever since 2019-2020. During the pandemic they were able to find me a job which I was then later hired-on. I'm extremely grateful towards Jared who has helped me along this job journey and I know that I can trust in his word and judgment!

They work diligently with me with great communication and it was over all a great experience I suggest to anyone looking for work.

For some strange reason my paycheck didn't have funds available when I went to cash it from them. And let's not mention the fact that my name was mysteriously removed from the work list the very next day I received this blank check and called them to fuss about it. Oh plus my direct deposit comes a day after I'm actually supposed to get paid. Idk why but, Yeah Hammes!

They have been so awesome, especially Jared! They go over and beyond. I'm so happy to be working for them.

Being new to the area, it was difficult to find a job experience that fits my qualities and very flexible for family life. This agency worked with my crazy lifestyle of wife, mother, and student. Because of this agency, I found a career opportunity for me to grow and develop into the educational leader that I want to be one day.

I've been using Hammes for 3 months. Jareds been upfront and truthful about the positions that he has available. Even when he has me at a location. He is still keeping me updated about new positions as they come available and asks me if they may be a better sit. Jared also knows my personal situation, so he is able to locate jobs that fit the timeframes of my workability. I would recommend Hammes and Jared because they have good jobs and they're easily accessible.

Jared has placed me on assignments that have been positive and is in tune with assignments that suit my preferences. Jared and staff are quick to respond and keep me up to date on new assignments. If one doesn't suit me, they provide me with more options.

Jared Evans treated me like garbage and the company won't pay me for 23 hours I worked these people are hateful.

I got a job to work for GILDAN and i worked there for 3 months and the people were extremely rude so i quit. Even tho i told hammes about it they gave me another job but called one day and said your assignment is over and they cannot work with me again. I called and asked why and they lied and said nothing happened they just cant so i called three weeks after someone else answered the phone and told me after i asked again that gildan reported me clocking in early when that was a lie. An team leader got up in my face and this was not the first time it happened so i decided to leave.

This company is great I was not able to start right away and they worked with me and called to check up on me. In my book that means a lot of a company. Would recommend them to my friends and family.

I absolutely love this staffing agency I went through them several times. I was placed on a job immediately compared to other agencies who have nasty attitudes or didn't send me on jobs or never gave me a call back even when they said they would send me on a job. Hammes have been very dependable and helpful. I'm currently working at gildan as a temp but I absolutely love this job hopefully I'll become permanent.

I've used this agency 3 times and I've had nothing but successful assignments within wonderful organizations with great employees. I enjoy meeting with Brett and now Caitlin ( I've worked with her before and she's awesome). Hammes Staffing Services has a proven track record of placing workers in various industries within the Charleston County Area. It's these friendly and harmonious relationships that Hammes has with the local organizations that are to the benefit of the applicants.

I just go online, see what's available, upload my most recent resume and wait for a call back. The usual wait time for me has been about a week in which I go to the interview, Drug test, TB test, Criminal Back ground check and report for work as usual. I was able to set up my payment method and submit my time sheet electronically without having to drive over to Hammes each week to submit paperwork or receive a paycheck.

Easy Breezy! My last assignment was as a School Secretary with the Mary Ford Child Development Center. It was a wonderful temporary position as a school secretary for infants to children 4yrs old. I enjoyed the assignment very much as it was enriching and endearing to my heart. When the young lady on FMLA returned to work, I left kicking and screaming.

While at the school, I was the greeter and first point of contact for information for the students, parents, vendors, contractors, teachers, principals, employees, school nurses, school social workers, and safety officers. I scheduled appointments, answer the phones, replied to and composed emails, and provided administrative support to teachers, parents, and school officials.

I was trained in submitting purchases for the Charleston County School district. I also learned how to put in purchase orders, put in maintenance requests, submit electronic requests for equipment repairs, and call in substitute teachers. I was also assisting the parents with new or temporary badges to gain entry in and out of the school. My Greatest accomplishment while there was receiving my Munis General Ledger Certification!

Indeed has never worked for me, just in past month, i've applied to 134 jobs and got 0 offers, 1 phone interview as an Armored Car "Customer Service Rep", 0 offers and 0 hires. I am looking forward to working with Brett and Caitlin again in the near future. I highly recommend!

I've tried several times to get ahold of this company to check on the status of an interview and they have failed to let me know if I got the job or not. I do not recommend.

I went to this temp agency in March looking for a temp job since I was displaced from my former job. Did all of the paperwork. They never called me to tell me they were still working on finding me placement or anything. I would not recommend them for nothing.

I would never recommend this agency to my worst enemy. If I could give them a negative rating I would They end assignments for no reason and don't return your emails and or voicemails
