I have found a number of positions via eFinancialCareers, and there is enough "depth" to make it a valuable website where ot spend time browsing offers. Arrears for improvements: enhancing filters (which would me obtaining systematically more details from job posters regarding level of seniority of the role, remuneration, perks and comps.). The search sometimes yields irrelevant results so it would be good to have better exclusions filters as well. Also, certain offers are posted over and over again as new posts. Overall, decent though.

Waste of time for jobseekers. Too many fake jobs posted every day for months by the same agents that you cant filter out. Have applied for 100's of jobs through this site and never received any interviews, just spam and annoying phone calls from agents fishing for info on what interviews I've been to and the interviewers contact details.
