I wanted to give them no stars, but I can't post this without at least one star which isn't right, they don't even deserve one star. I wanted H&E to do a few jobs around my house. I gave them the deposit they wanted, I gave them cash and a week later they called threatening me that I had given them "government play" money. I handed the money to Lucas on May 25 and on May 31 I get a call from Edward that the money I gave Lucas a week before was no good.

They threatened me that they were going to call the police, so I ended up having to get the police involved myself. The police investigated and it was determined that the bank did not give me fake money and I was not the person who gave them fake money. They got $300.00 from me for not doing a thing. I don't know if they have fake money or they got it from someone else, but they blamed me and now I'm out my down payment.

Rating for Charles Heating & AC: Tech Brandon was here today, excellent and thorough job doing periodic check of AC unit. Provided teaching, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him, great rep of the business.

Worthless and let companies with terrible reviews and numerous complaints remain accredited. They only care about the money these companies pay.

The Bureau wants to speak to me on the phone about this, off the rerecord. I am not interested. They should respond here in writing as to the reason they allow business' to lie. Of course they are a business so it should be no surprise they are not trustworthy. I filed a complaint against Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning and they lied about resolving the problem.

In fact they cut off all contact with me after you guys closed the case. Isaac said they would refund my money and remove the furnace they sold me. This never happened but Isaac told you it did. No one ever asked me if it was handled and my compaints were disregarded by the bbb. I contacted your office multiple times about this issue and was told it was solved and closed.

I have everything in writing from the bbb and Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning. I will share everything with any people interested. The bbb can go look up my complaint and explain why they handled things this way. They allow business' to lie to them. The customer's word means nothing. I can prove it. Contact me.

The BBB are the biggest bunch of scam artists in the country. If you do not belong to the BBB as a paying member they will lower your business rating. If you are a paying member they will improve your business rating. Furthermore they will extend their work far beyond their mission and their purpose. I would suggest NOBODY ever join the BBB as a paying business. Soon, I believe, the NYS attorney general will launch a thorough investigation against the BBB and their internal business practices and recognize them as a scam and, hopefully, as criminals. Do yourself a favor and do not associate with the BBB out of Amherst NY. You are only asking for trouble if you do.

I contacted BBB in July about an unfair Service fee charged to me by Mohawk Heating in Duanesburg, NY. The BBB immediately contacted the business and within a week, the company reached out to me to discuss my complaint (which they initially dismissed). I just received a check from the company for a full refund. I was extremely pleased by the process of working with the BBB and the swiftness of their actions. Everything was done on line and extremely efficient. The BBB gets results!

How often these days can you trust a business predominantly by calling their telephone number? I'm compelled to write a review for a business that has integrity and is knowledgeable. After calling BBB and received the customary three names for a home inspection, I contacted A-Mark Home Inspections. BEFORE the inspection, I received paperwork in advance of the appointment to review.

This helped me to ask questions I had not thought of. ON location, I was allowed to ask questions, given full explanations and advised when necessary. AFTER the inspection, I received an electronic detailed report within an hour. A-Mark Home Inspection gives true customer service. A trait that is missing these days. My only experience with a business that has BBB rating was not pleasant nor resolved even in court.

I just had a fence installed by the Vinyl Outlet my salesmen Jim was excellent! My installers were also Outstanding Tony/ Will / Jake did an excellent job! The fence looks outstanding it was amazing to see the transformation in a day and the best thing is there was nothing for me to do! The guys cleaned as they went and actually waited for me to get home to make sure I was satisfied! These guys are true professionals and because of them I have told family and friends! As a matter of fact me neighbor will be getting one installed! Great job!
