I work for this company and can't say enough good things about them. I choose my own hours and jobs, so it comes with a lot of flexibility. I always call the family as soon as I accept the job to discuss anything from where to park to what is the child's normal routine. The staff is very supportive and are always there to help with any questions or concerns.

Nannies who care are very professional. The first nanny I schedule wasn't able to make it due to personal reasons, but Nannie's who care had someone scheduled to be there in her place and on time. Best service around for our needs. The nannies are experienced and professional. The nannies are prompt and I never have to worry about my children while they are with the nanny. The nannies engage my kids in activities, taking them to school, the parks, library, museum etc. We have been with them for several years. We had one nanny who didn't work out for us.

I loved the ability to contact the agency directly to deal with the concerns we had. Rather than have the uncomfortable conversation with the nanny directly. The agency took my concerns seriously and assured me they would speak to the nanny regarding our concerns. We use the temp on call service. It's been a great investment in securing access to the highest quality childcare.

I had a child care cancellation at the last minute on a Saturday morning for Saturday night! I contacted Nannies Who Care and was able to provide me with a Nanny for that night! Nanny Geraldinne contacted me right away to confirm and also asked if she needed to wear a mask (not necessary but appreciated her asking!) After watching my kids, they could not stop talking about her!

She kept me updated throughout the night, took pictures and kept my three kids entertained with creative games & stories. It seems like you can't go wrong with such a professional company and great nannies.

We really liked Dina and felt comfortable leaving our one year old at the hotel room with her. They got along very well right off the bat and Dina handled everything exactly how we asked her to. Her job included playing, feeding, bed time routine and putting our baby girl down. She was sound asleep and save when we came back to the room. Thanks again.

We travel and look for short term services regularly. Nannies who care was quick, polite, and cared. They made an intros to our nanny two weeks before the scheduled service, Kristin, who was just perfect! In fact, our daughters favorite sitter to date. She called and confirmed a head of time and arrived on time with great things to do and showed care in meeting our children and created a great bond. We used Nannies Who Care this past weekend when we were in St Petersburg for a family wedding. Prior to going, I check all of Kristin's references and talked with her a couple of times on the phone. By the big weekend we were comfortable leaving our grand daughter with her. At the end of the first evening, Kristin left us a written report of the evening.

The next morning when we woke up, Carolina was asking where Kristin was - always a good sign. After the wedding, Kristin met us at the hotel again and Carolina when running into her open arms. Nannies Who Care, Inc. is a great service! We needed coverage for 6-8 hours a day, so that I could go back to work.
