Most of our staff has been with us since the beginning, and know the dental business in the East Bay inside and out. We have worked directly as employees in dental offices for over 25 years, and alongside dentists and dental professionals as your trusted partner.
We offer a variety of temporary and permanent staffing services designed to meet the full range of our client's requirements. We personally meet and interview every applicant to evaluate and confirm their technical skills, credentials, communication style and personality so that we can match the very right candidate to your office culture and requirements.

Robert Half is the best agency in town. I remember the first day I was interviewed with Amber, she already found me my first replacement job. When I was in the office interviewing, everyone makes me feel like home. I don't feel like I am going to left out. Most of the agencies that I have been through, they were not helpful at all. As a fact, I never hear from them after my interview.
Never do follow up with me. However, Robert Half is totally differently. They are more professional and communicate well with me. Always follow up to see if I like my assignment and how much I like my job. Thanks so much for Amber and Panicia's help, now I found the job that I really enjoy. I am looking forward to go to work everyday. I highly recommend Robert Half / OfficeTeam to the people who wants to look for their dream.

This temp agency rocks! George on the first I day I met him made me feel at home. Unlike many other agencies who are only interested in the volume of clients they place in the job market George really took the time to find something that met my interest and needs. After I met with Accounting Principles within a short time span I had new job that is helping jump start my career. I would recommend Accounting Principles to anyone who is on the job hunt.

I have been working as an RDA with Ondonte staffing for a couple of months. I must post that I'm am very pleased with the results that I have gotten. I'm not sure they even sleep, because they work night and day to place me with wonderful offices who are very appreciative. They are professional with a human touch. I cant say enough great things about Ondonte! Penny Marrs, owner, is one of the most pleasant people to work with along with her sister Sue. I have used Ondonte for over five years both personally and professionally for placement of offices that I have managed or helped start up. Using Ondonte for your office/business: Penny asks what we are looking for, i.e. Dentist, RDH, RDA, DA, OM, Receptionist etc. screens the appropriate candidate for your needs and sets up an interview.
Most of the time the 1st pick is the perfect fit however you can interview more if needed. See her website for details on contracts and fees. Using Ondonte for yourself: (There is no cost to you as a client of Ondonte.) I always get asked this when I refer my friends. Penny runs her business out of a very nice dental office. Once you set up an appointment to fill out a placement form which consists of your qualifications, she then interviews you.
You will also need to go through a background investigation as part of the application process (again no cost). After you meet all requirements Penny starts looking for an office to place you in. She will text, email, and call you when a position is available. Sometimes you may be needed the morning of or a few days notice. I highly recommend Ondonte.
