Manage the person once they are hired because you will have defined exactly what success looks like for the first month to 18 months on the job. Whether you are looking for an employee to be full-time, part-time, temporary, or temp-to-regular work, we can help you find the right candidate.
Services
We can help your company find exceptional employees at any level of your organization. We spend the time to research and understand your industry, company, and culture, and are always adapting so our client's needs meet current industry trends. We like to ask the questions that matter to help keep costs down.
Manage the person once they are hired because you will have defined exactly what success looks like for the first month to 18 months on the job. There is a specific way to ask questions that helps even the most reluctant supervisor open up and share information about the candidate with you. By making the offer verbally before putting it in writing, you can write an offer that matches expectations for both parties. The written offer becomes a mere formality, and establishes CLEAR intentions.

They deserve their 5 star review and this is why: *Quick and comprehensive response to all of my inquiries *Courteous and friendly interactions with all of their personnel *Expansive knowledge of human resource issues, regs and laws *Great tech support for state mandated seminars (harassment, etc) - and even "in person" training help for tech-challenged companies like mine *Excellent follow through on payroll procedure and the occasional glitch that inevitably happens when dealing with various pay issues This company came highly recommended and I can see why. They aren't the most expensive nor are they they cheapest staffing service in town. I will say that I feel I get good value for my hard earned dollars.

Coneybeare is hard working and caring staffing firm. Each recruiter takes their time with each candidate to understand the individuals needs, wants, and goals. This allows for better job fit match and great support to pursue your professional goals. I would highly recommend using them if you are in the market for a job!

Seen a post on indeed for a position I have experience with. I contacted Mitchell and he lead me into the right direction. Fred helped me out. He was consistent and communicative. He helped me to create a resume and land the position. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Especially being that it's so hard to find work right now. Steven santillan

Coneybeare is a top notch recruiting firm. My dealings with Michel were very positive. He was always very responsive to my request and at following up with the employer. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking employment or to employers needing qualified recruiters to find them top talent.

I enjoyed working with Coneybeare! Looking for a new job can be very stressful. I really appreciate that my recruiter, Michel Rivera, made my process pretty much stress-free. He helped me prep for my interview, gave me honest feedback afterwards, kept me in the loop during the waiting period, and took time out of his vacation to review and comment on my job offer. I couldn't be happier with where I ended up and I have Michel to thank for it. I highly recommend this agency!

Coneybeare consulting and recruiting offer top of the line services. The staff is dedicated, knowledgable, and responsive. I honestly don't know why they received any negative feedback, as they have been nothing short of professional. They helped my company organize hiring materials, establish best practices, and assisted us with our candidate interview process.
They made great recommendations regarding onboarding and provided helpful templates. They made my life as an HR manager so much easier! As a growing company in southern california, we hope to use their services for hiring quality employees for years to come.

Hello, My Name is Zac I'm doing over all review on the Agency Coneybeare Inc. I'd like to start out by saying, Thank You for your Amazing Services - Expertise - Response rate These three Categories have all been met 100% to my liking and they've always been there for me with plans easy to follow instructions to leading you into success Based off your skills & knowledge.
When I First started with Coneybeare I called & on the 2nd ring they Answered. Not Even a week went by and I was workin with a professional industrial Company. You will have to do some basic requirements like - Make an Appointment (Consultation) - Go take a drug test ( took 15-20 mins) - Back Ground Check ( 1-4 days ) - Employee Personal Info(Online 10-20mins) - Harassment Training (Online 30-1hour) - Insurance Packets ( I personally have not completed it yet ) Everything is done at a very easy going speed As long as you have good communication with your Agent.
I would give you guys a 9.5 out of Ten The.5 that could make it a 10. Would be more Job Selection for the group of people that don't meet the requirements for the Really Professional jobs. 20-50$ hour Unfortunately this is my fault because I lack the licenses and training. And this concludes my review of the agency Coneybeare Inc. And my experiences with them. Thank for your hard work!

I had such a great experience with Coneybeare. My rep, Michel Rivera, made the transition very easy both getting an interview and preparing me for it. Coneybeare really helps finding you a place where you can grow and work towards advancing your career. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking to find a new opportunity!

Michel at Coneybeare responded very quickly to my urgent need for a new Accounting Manager, and sent me 3 candidates in less than one week. Although, my Controller decided not to leave after all, the individuals that were vetted by Coneybeare were excellent candidates to fill that position. I would highly recommend Coneybear for any staffing you might need.

Although they are a staffing agency, I always forget that they are. When I was contacted by Coneybeare it was for a permanent position, with benefits. I also went through a very organized and personalized on-boarding process in which they looked at what I was looking in terms of employment. They did not just not throw me at a job they wanted to fill and hopes that I would stick.

A lady named I believe her name was Terra, came into my business and asked for our retired CEO. I told her he was no longer with the company. She talked like she knew him. So then she asked for my current CEO. I asked what it was for. She said she wanted to know if she could talk to him about her services. I told her that my CEO does not deal with the hiring.
She told me her husband was French and would get along with my CEO. She was VERY PUSHY, almost like she was entitled to see a manager. I'm sorry but you're selling us something and your acting like we owe you. So I call HR and ask and she said we were not interested. So I told the woman I am sorry we are not interested. She was pissed and wouldn't leave.
She asked for the information of my employees and I said no I cannot give you that information. She said " so what you won't give me their names or information, then what am I supposed to do?!" she handed me a notepad in a rude manner and said I'll figure out how to get a hold of your CEO and stormed out. Very unprofessional and rude. I warned my coworkers that if anyone calls from Coneybeare to NOT listen to them.
