Atla-IT Services helped me find a great position. The management and staff were willing to work with me when I was not willing to leave the large company I was with (GDIT). I thought going to a temp to hire was a step backwards, but the pay and benefits were better than anything GDIT offered me in all the years I worked for them. The work was fulfilling and was a temp to hire position.

Once hired onto I found my pay and benefits were significantly better than anything GDIT offered and even more competitive than Alta-IT. I would highly recommend this company to any self starters that look to accelerate their career.
