Kristy is SUCH a wonderful human being! She is incredibly genuine, caring, and passionate and that is blatantly demonstrated every step of the way. She is amazing at what she does and she truly cares about the individuals who step through the door and into her office. I simply can't say enough good things about her and this lovely agency! Strategic Staffing is a very professional family owned business that's has been extremely helpful in finding me employment that will work with my family life and what were consider limited administrative skills. They found me the perfect job and is now being worked into a permanent position. Thank you Kristy and every one at Strategic Staffing.

I got my first office job waaaaay back in the 90's from Strategic Staffing, a position that I ended up being hired into and getting promoted at. Fast forward to 2013. I had finally graduated from UCI with my BA just in time for the job market to completely collapse in 2010! After being employed continuously since the age of 15, I could not find a job after my employer was sold and downsized.

I was in despair when I remembered Strategic Staffing. Kristy not only found me a temp job right away, she ended up eventually finding me a job within a mile of my house that I ended up staying at for years. I cannot speak highly enough of this staffing agency. The "big gun" staffing agencies had let me down repeatedly from 2010-13, pigeon-holing me into reception work (I had been a customer care rep for 15 years before getting my BA).

Strategic found a position that was challenging and rewarding. I'm sorry that some of the other reviewers had a bad experience. Looking for a job is so frustrating, especially when you feel like the agency isn't doing their best for you. But the woman that runs the O2 Wellness place is the same one who got me that first job back in 1997. I'm forever grateful to both Kristy and her mom.

They aren't the biggest agency so you might not get something right away but hey- I'm currently with the biggest staffing agency in Orange County with a master's degree and they have me signing greeting cards for someone. Time to go back to an agency I trust for temp work while I'm looking for a permanent analyst job, and that's Strategic.

Kristy Carbone is AMAZING! She is very professional and is very easy to talk to. She was able to find me a position right away and I appreciate her for that. I contacted other recruiting companies before her and she was honestly the only professional one. She is extremely efficient. But it doesn't stop there. She is always following up, checking in on my new position to see how Im doing and if I have any concerns. That alone shows how much she cares about her clients. I have had an amazing working experience with SS. I reached out to Kristy after reading a post on social media about a job opportunity. I had really strict schedule requirements due to other obligations. Kristy found a position for me last year at a company that I stayed with for several months who treated me as one of their own. The position ended at a perfect time for me.

Don't waste your time going to this location. This place is definitely a front for something else because there's no actual job recruiting or hunting going on here. The lady in charge is intertwined with the O2 Wellness center connected it, and tried to sell me CBD when I was looking for a job. It's been over a month and I have followed up with her multiple times, only to be disappointed that she's has no possible jobs. There is no way this staffing agency actively searches to fill employment for companies.

I had such a wonderful experience with Kristy at SS! I was looking for some temporary, part-time work, and she found something that worked not only with my schedule, but with my past experience. I felt supported from the beginning and loved where I was placed. So grateful, and will definitely contact them again in the future when I am looking for work.
