I recently worked with Marla Ripperton on being sourced and hired for a local company in an HR role. What matters the most to me, is exactly what Marla delivered: prompt responsiveness with a caring service. She and I communicated regularly during the entire process and not once did I feel like a 'project'. Thank you, Marla!

Experience could not have been better. Dennis reached out on a position I applied for and had information on an unposted position that was a great fit. In fact the company created a new category to make it an even better fit. Offer made and accepted. Quality people and quality products.

Marla contacted me about an opportunity in my area. Like a lot of folks, I had been unemployed for a couple of months due to Covid-19 and was having very little luck searching on my own. The opportunity she presented was a perfect fit and with her help through the interview process, I got the offer! It's even an upgrade from my previous role. Couldn't be happier.

I decline a job offer because the description showed first as a Manager then they down graded to a Supervisor position plus experience and salary wasn't what I was looking for. I let Jeannie knows, who was in charge of this position. She wasn't convinced of this and after looking for other opportunities and trying to reach out to her she did not answer my phone calls or emails anymore.

I called from other number and she answered right away, after that I call her from my cellphone and she did not. What is the purpose of this? If I don't like an opportunity what's wrong with decline the offer? Shows a lot when someone who work as a recruiter does not follow up with you. EDIT: You said Jeannie is busy, like we all are and I think the best she can do is to call me back after a 2 weeks trying to reach out to her by phone or email.

Just showing a little of respect when a position is not a good fit, letting you know about it. I mean, that's what recruiters do, right? Yes, you are right about the Manager role, but the role that I applied was for Manager not Supervisor. August-22-2020 and still I haven't heard back from her.
