Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience wth Cadre while communicating with Amy H. She was very ignorant of my background, and was disrespectful on the phone. When I asked her to send an email about the job opportunities during a phone call, she questioned why I wanted the information when she was "telling me on the phone" and for me to "write them down with pen and paper".

The task of her emailing me the info, was not difficult and was not much to ask. She came off with poor manners which was very unnecessary and unprofessional. I really wanted to work with Cadre and make it build my career, but the service was not delivered well.

Cadre has helped me find work a number of times and they have always been helpful and kind. They listen to what you are looking for in a job and truly try to find the right position for you. I know from experience that if I am looking for work, I will have the most success at finding the right job through Cadre.

This is the second time I have worked with Cadre. They helped me find my first job right out of college. Since I am job searching again, I did not hesitate to give them a call. This time, I am working with Nicole J and Amber B. They have both been wonderful to work with. The entire staff is extremely professional. You can definitely tell that they are working hard to find the perfect job for you. They are always willing to assist you in any way that they can with your job search.

I worked for Cadre for a couple years, intermittently. During both stretches of time Amy H. and the staff at Cadre always did their best to find a position that worked within my schedule and interests. I appreciate all their hard work in helping me along my career path. I would highly recommend working with them for any line of work you'd like to do!

I must say, I've used other temp agencies before. NONE of them have come close to the service Cadre provides! I was set up with interviews within a couple days, and hired after one interview on the spot. The called/emailed every week to check how I was enjoying the position and if I had any concerns. No matter what, if I called or emailed them with a question, they were responsive immediately!

I was hired full time from the company that started me as a temp, and cadre was there first thing to congratulate me! I worked with Amy and Mary from cadre from start to finish, and I can't say enough good things about them! It may sound gimmicky, but they were there every step of the way through this process. I HIGHLY recommend this agency for getting your foot back in the door with a job! You will not be disappointed!

I started the process with Cadre after a couple of months looking on my own. I had the pleasure of having Amber and Lauren managing my resume. Both of these ladies were so kind and helpful; they made me feel very welcome and prepared. They helped in raising my spirits while looking for work, as we all know how it can be a tough venture. Within 5 days of getting started with them, they had numerous relevant jobs that I agreed to have my resume submitted.

Shortly thereafter, I was invited to interview with a couple companies. I have accepted an offer, and excited to get started. Cadres excellent customer service, abundance of job openings and their excitement for the process are all reasons why I would use them again. Highly recommended, highly satisfied.

I have been working for Cadre since 2015 in a variety of positions. It has been a great partnership and so rewarding in so many ways. I have worked many places, some for a short time, some for much longer. I am grateful for all the opportunities and the wonderful working relationship I have had with Amy Hill and the staff at Cadre. It has been my choice to work as a temp because I loved the flexibility and the variety. Cadre has been wonderful in working hard to meet my desires.

I am aware that staffing agencies tend not to have the best reputations because of their sheer nature, but I cannot help but to speak highly of this agency. I have worked with several staffing services over the years, but none have done what Cadre has done for me. I am used working with an agency and being offered, "This amazing Opportunity that you are the perfect fit for, " but that is it. Cadre didn't do that; they actually took the time to learn about me.

They asked for a resume, a standard procedure I am familiar with, but they also spent about 45 minutes asking about my professional and person goals. After that process they took the information and used it to try and find SEVERAL options for positions that would fit me. There was no, "Perfect fit" but rather they worked with me to find what I was interested in.

On the first of many selection calls, I was presented with 8 different positions, and all of them were in line with my goals from the previous call. When I was finally placed with a position, I felt totally prepared for what I was walking into because of the amount of time and care Cadre took in working with me to find that role. Sadly that role didn't work out because I experienced some great personal strife and caused my contract to be cut short by the contractor.

Rather than wash their hands of me, Cadre worked to get me placed again as soon as I was available. Let me make this VERY clear, I had a personal matter, outside of my control, that caused me to reflect Cadre in a poor light with an employer and they tried HARDER to get me placed instead of walking away. I cannot recommend Cadre higher due to their professionalism and care in working with their contractors.

Because of the care they took in finding my second placement, I succeeded to the point where the business bought out my contract and I absolutely love my position. I have nothing but praises for Cadre, and I do suggest them to anyone looking to try and get back on the job market.

I have worked with Cadre twice now and both times have been placed in great contract roles in a very expedient manner. I have worked with Amy, who is professional, responsive and great at finding good fits for job seekers. Cadre has been a great job service to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good opportunity for temporary (contract) work or contract-to-hire.

They have a variety of companies and roles to choose from, and are very cognizant of placing individuals with companies that they will succeed with. Lastly, if you are looking for a very quick turnaround towards getting a job, I would highly recommend Cadre as they have placed me with contract work with two great companies in only a matter of a few days each time. If you are looking for a good job in short order, I would give Cadre a try!

Cadre has been an amazing temp agency to work with. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me find a job that perfectly suited my interests, despite me being picky with what I was looking for. My personnel manager, Michelle, has been great at checking in regularly to see how the my job is going. Cadre has also been spectacular during the pandemic.

They have a great process for what to do when you need to take time off for covid related reasons. If you are trying to find a temporary job, I cannot recommend Cadre enough!

Spent a lot of time at their office meeting recruiters, answering a lot of questions and doing computer skills testing. Was told they'd be in contact with me and had some job positions that they thought might be a great fit, and then after my 2 hour appointment they just never called me again. A month later I got a job elsewhere. I'm a professional with decent job experience and a degree, I just moved to the Midwest after college and thought cadre might be a good start.

I don't recommend. They're quite rude, and had no respect for me or my time. No rapport or communication since that day. They either have no jobs or too many applicants. Either way, they don't care about your time.

Not a great service. They don't do enough investigation into what your skills are to properly place you. They are lackadaisical and constantly ask you about similar incorrect openings. Also seems like a high turnover rate. Needs more customer service and quality ops.
