I had a great experience working for Westphal Staffing the past two years. I was desiring some control over how much I worked as I head towards retirement, as well as how much I could earn. When we moved to Wausau in 2018, I felt temping would be a great way to explore area businesses and use the skills I'd achieved over the years. I wanted the option to take a break from working here and there.
My last temp position turned into a permanent, part-time job. I am glad to have had the temp experiences I've had at the various businesses, and meeting the people I worked with there and through Westphal.
