I Have been with this company for 5 years and after 8 assignments I have nothing to complain. The problem with techs is that they catch the "Gold Fever" thinking this profession will change their lives and they don't do their homework. If you do your research, be upfront with your recruiter, ask all the right questions if you're interviewed by the facility and then if you're offered the position, work hard and be professional, you'll be successful as a traveler.
Also keep in mind, staffing companies are just a bridge to connect you to the job and take care of all the legalities. YOU are the one who will leave the good impression and open up the doors for the future!

My wife is a cardiac sonographer and work two assignments for this company and at the end of this assignment they decided to hire her permanently. Club Staffing saw this as an opportunity to steal money out of my wife's paycheck. She was sick and they owed her for 10 hours and they didn't pay her for it and made excuses that her contract was only for 30 hours but she was working 40 hours the entire time and her supervisor said the hospital has already paid for that time but Club staffing has pocketed the money and broken the law. I have filed a complaint with the California labor board and I've hired an attorney this company is a bunch of crooks don't ever use these people

My recruiter is the absolute best. Its almost like a friendship. She knows just what works for me. I like having the opportunity to tour around different cities. Even now with COVID, I have still been able to get out and enjoy myself safely. I have become friends with other travelers in the process and we keep in touch with each other. I wouldn't trade this for anything.

The rating is for current location/assignment only right now. The newly assigned recruiter isn't easily accessible as previous recruiter and I've only heard from her when she called to introduce herself. I requested off and told her well in advance to enable her to inform my supervisor(s) and when I mentioned it to them 1day before request off day, she hadn't reported it to them according to one supervisor.very poor communication between site supervisor(s) and staffing agency recruiters.

This is my first time working for a travel agency as a Respiratory Therapist and it was horrible. My recruiter was demanding harassing and incompetent. I never received my full pay checks two weeks in a row. I was constantly being shorted and after 10 months I received a total of 30$ for my travel expenses not per - trip 30$ in total. I fulfilled my duties I know they collected their share of the money. Why did my livelihood fall so short for them?

I am an ultrasound tech with over 30 yrs experience I have traveled with other company's in the past. Daniel D, is the recruiter I have been working with at club staffing. I have nothing but 2 words to describe him great and understanding. I appreciate his willingness to deal with finding me a position while I was in another country and hard to contact. he went above and beyond.
Then upon my return to the US might I add during covid, he was more than gracious and understanding in the fact that I didn't feel like it was safe for me to travel. Again Daniel D. was gracious and understanding, I have worked with other travel company's and have not had this level of consideration and understanding. Thank you Dan.

Transitioning from many years at the same institution to traveling in medicine can be a difficult adjustment for many people. I was apprehensive during that transition 5 years ago. I had notepads full of questions that I was not sure a recruiter would actually be patient enough to answer them all for me. There are always stories you hear about from new and seasoned travelers.
Most seem to be centered around their experience with the recruiter. My first and only recruiter Tiena McCrary Adams understood my apprehension. She was very patient with my numerous questions and able to answer 99 percent of them. The 1 percent were more complex questions and she was confident in her answers. However; she would send an email or call the appropriate department to get clarification.
That extra effort to have clear and concise information exchange between us is very important to me. It's sound cliche, but she doesn't make me feel like a number. I have spoken with other recruiters different agencies during my time traveling. Most were not so patient with my questions and I didn't have faith in the accuracy of the more challenging one's.
It's hard to get excited about a perfect potential location if a recruiter is shady or sketchy on any form of details. Tiena has been excellent to work with these past 5 years and I hope to continue to do so. Casey Lognion RDCS FASE

Club Staffing is pretty much like most staffing agencies. They do whatever they have to to get you to work and pay average wages. What I find is how unorganized they and AMN is. I have worked 3 assignments for them. Despite having gone thru extreme background checking and vetting, they would ask me for the same information over and over again. Sure they need to update work records but they had no clue I even worked for them prevously.
How could that be? What did it for me is after 3 previous assignments their account manager would not submit me to a job location I really wanted because she wanted an "updated reference" for me. I suppose after three assignments people go bad or not worthy of another assignment. Anyway, I would agree with a previous comment they are unorganized and have high turnover rates.each job I went on had a new recruiter.
I cancelled my relationship with them and surely will never take another assignment with them.
