I was looking into new job openings and I can honestly say Dena Yusif was the most helpful and understanding person, helped me find what i was looking and what matched my standard truly appreciate the help.

Honestly, quadrant was a good company and was there for me when I needed them in 2019 I had just left a job and got a job offer 3 days after leaving my previous job. From 2019-2020 I worked 2 jobs for them the pay is great with my experience and, recruiters are nice (reason for the 3 stars) but after having to leave when my state during the pandemic started doing virtual schooling for my daughter it was either the job or my child.

I decided my child so I had to leave. I let my recruiter know and that was that. Now that my situation became better I decided to give them another go and find work. It seems as if I've been blackballed due to my decision because every time I call I never get matched with a recruiter I leave messages for the supervisor of the recruiters and never receive a call back when being told I'll get one back.

I called today 6/20 to speak to someone and I was transferred to the supervisor (first receptionist was nice) I called back to let the front desk know that I did leave a message (at this point it's a new lady answering the phone) she was a bit rude and standoffish by saying well ma'am she's at lunch from 12-1 so how can you expect her to give you a call back.

I said I'm only letting you guys know that I called her. And she once again asked the same question. I told her look no need to be smart I'm just letting you guys know. She goes on to say that she's at the front desk and that she can shoot her an email. I said well that's fine, tell her I've been trying to call with no call back. she took my name and number and that was that.

I don't believe the email was sent but to each it's own. Guess what is almost 3 and no returned phone call. It's heartbreaking trying to find work and no one wants to help. I didn't want to leave a 3 star review because I really liked this company but it's gone down hill in the last 2 years.

This job has you complete 720 hours and has no type of benefits for their contractors! I was out with covid for about a week and a half and they didnt have no type of sick pay. I'll never join this company again and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I'm an RN and was moving from NY to VA Quadrant reached out to me from an Indeed job I applied to I believe. I spoke with Dena and explained when I would be in the area permanent. Although I started seeking employment 6-8 months prior to my move she explained it was early and she'd call me sooner to my move date. I have to admit I completely forgot about our call while planning my wedding before the move. Dena did not she reached out to me in May I met her briefly she linked me with a contact 20-30 from my soon to be new home. Hannah Boone has been a blessing! I was very hesitant to start a new job. Until I started with quadrant I hadn't had a pleasant work environment in DC. Hannah was very patient with me and understood where I was coming from. She didn't get offended when I decided to wait to look for jobs. I have had a very good experience with Quadrant. As a recruiter myself I know it takes a friendly and hardworking person to succeed in this type of role. Riley Anderson called me about a role, I interviewed with the company that day, and got a job offer on the same day. The company they placed me with was one of the best companies I have worked at.

Throughout my contract Riley kept me up to date and in the loop. I have worked with a lot of recruiters in the past and Riley has honestly been one of the best that I have worked with. I also have worked closely with Ron Crosby at Quadrant. While placed at a contract through Quadrant I had to work with Ron since the company I was at used Quadrant for staffing purposes. Ron is extremely hard working and very friendly.

His dedication to his clients and contractors exceeds expectations. Through my contract I had to work with several different staffing agencies that would assist us in supplying candidates and Ron was by far the best person to work with and the quality of the candidates he provided was also much better than the other agencies. Overall, I only have good things to say about Quadrant.

I have been placed on contracts with other agencies and have not always had a good experience. This is a great group of people that work hard, but also care more than the average staffing agency. I would highly recommend using them in your job search.

At first, I did not know Quadrant is one of the employment agencies. Needless to say, I am very much fortunate to work one on one with Dena Yusif, my recruiter. I was originally contacted by Mary Meier (a recruiter at Quadrant) to go on an interview a few weeks ago. My main issue was that I didn't have a lot of work experience at the time and I wasn't really sure how I could be competitive in an interview with such a lack of something so crucial. Quadrant is great with communication and outlining details of the opportunities, pay, who to speak to, etc. Mary did a great job advising me on how to best frame myself and my skills, and even herself giving me an opportunity to shine by calling me for a placement opportunity.

I was hired on my second interview and I love my new job! I feel that I am a great fit there and my co workers love me also. The office is going through a lot of changes and my first few days were hectic, but Mary was a great advocate (when I wasn't even sure who my supervisor was yet) in finding out my schedule, who to speak with, and so forth.

I love that she checks in with me every few days to see if everything is going well. If I ever needed to again in the far-future, I would love to work with Quadrant (especially Mary) again. Its been a great experience.
