We are a new construction company that has been in business for less than one year. With John Foster assistance and his team we were able to succeed and bond over 15 million in less than 7 months. Without Mourer-Foster's assistance in obtaining insurance and bonding we couldn't have accomplished what we did. It's very easy to get a hold of John and his team, truly, very professional and honest group.

Very bad customer service, they are unprofessional, I have the worst experience, avoid doing business with them, very rude and not responsible.

I called Ian for a Dog Training Insurance Policy and he asked how much I made. I told him and he told me the policy for my new online dog training business would be much lower than what I was paying at my previous insurance. When he sent me the form I had filled it out and when he got it back he told me the insurance policy had doubled because I made too much.

I had told him how much I made on the phone (well over the $100k limit for the lower policy amount) and I thought that was odd but also when he gave the contract for the new more expensive policy he had written and scribbled in new numbers. It wasn't a new contract for someone that made over $100k. It was handwritten and felt suspicious. I felt uncomfortable with the transaction and I told him I didn't want to go through with the policy through an email.

Almost immediately the transaction on my card went through (was charged within that 30min) for the first (less expensive) policy amount I had signed. I didn't want to do business with them so I asked Ian to refund me my money. It has now been a month and I Have not received my $425 refund. I have talked to 3 people now and everyone has given me the ring around including Ian, Heather and Shelby. I feel extremely violated and it all feels very fishy. I would not recommend this business at all.

More Foster has been providing insurance for my dog agility business for many many Years. I have never been unhappy with them they always serviced my account perfectly. When I call and need something from them I get an instant response I couldn't be happier.
