In my job search I stumbled across Lloyd Staffing and was match with Antonio a very personable recruiter that not only was encouraging, but listened and impressed me with his concern, effort and follow ups. In my long job search, I found the art of following up is not that common with other agencies that I have encountered. However, the Lloyd Staffing Agency is and restored my faith in agencies again. Antonio gave me hope and in turn, I even referred a friend of mine to him, who was not only successful in landing a job but was quite pleased with the same personalized treatment.

It's not promised, but I believe their success rate has to be greater in comparison with what is out there. This agency's staff gets a A+ in my book for personable rapport with the candidate and in a world where ghosting is quite common these days; Lloyd is highly an agency with a staff that knows how to follow up with their candidates; and believe me, that means a lot.
