Great place to find u work. Lots of hard places to work, but this place will find u work. Marcel is a guy that is hard working for u and finds u places that will fit. He has gone out of his way for me and sadly I have let him down, and if u are lucky enough to get him, super.

Ihc is really easy to work with on the whole hiring process. They are very quick and thorough. The scheduling and interview process is simple and they explain and help the whole way. Carlos is very thorough on explaining the job and process. He is very professional. I recommend if your looking for employment to give them a call.

It's 50/50 it's good pay and they really try and help you get a career but they tell you one thing and a company will tell you another I was told I would get 2 weeks of training and spent like 4 days in training before they just threw me on the line and the process they were teaching me was one that no one on the line used because it was too slow and I got let go from a Toyota supplier because I was late because they never gave me a Id card to get in the gates and they didn't do anything and they almost never pick up the phone but they'll constantly bombard you with emails and messages on indeed asking you to call them and schedule an interview if your interested

Anthony is an amazing Manager/Supervisor. As a new employee he really makes me feel valued. He answers all my questions and listens to any concerns I may have in a timely manner. One of the best people to have on IHC's management team. Thanks Anthony for all you do all of us.

Front desk was so genuine & kind, tony and Carlos were very on top of things and very sweet. Definitely would come back to this location. They were very clean and everything seemed disinfected. Wonderful service. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this location. Very much enjoyed the experience!

I really enjoyed this agency. It has helped me find a well-paying job with amazing benefits in a swift time. The people there are really receptive and very helpful. They are friendly and always looking out for the best of what you want. In regards with other temp-to-hire agencies, this one is one I'm not disappointed with. This is the FIRST and Last agency I'm working with not only do they lack any real contracts with companies that actually hold value, maybe if your looking for a warehouse job your good but anything clerical or administrative it's bottom of the barrow and they are fake about it I'm blessed to have a plethora of administrative and healthcare experience because the way this company set up your last check will be at 7.25/hr please take your time and fill out applications an agency should be your last resource

IHC has been a great experience for me. For starters the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They work daily on making the work environment better for the people they staff. Jackie helped me right from the beginning of her calling me. She had me in for an interview with her for a position she already was confident would be perfect for me and perfect for the employer. I came in to the interview with Ms. Jackie on Sept. 13, 2019 and start my new job/career Oct. 7, 2019. It all was perfect and worked really fast. Jackie kept in contact with me the whole time and it was like she went the extra mile with encouraging words to just checking and reminding me of when my interview was with the employer.
