The 1st time I came to apply here, all was great. I ended up getting a job outside right after and didn't need the services. Beginning of December looking for work, applied to a position, turns out I was applying through a staffing company.this company. Ok no biggie. After to speaking to Cain Hernandez all month, of him telling me I have 1st dibs on a job, just waiting on the word. Today, I get told others were pushed before me for this job.

I asked why? Cain Hernandez stated all month long I have 1st dibs. All he said when asked why. was told was that they were before me. really?so why tell me I'm 1st and etc.? Then apologize for the miscommunication. Almost a month long of miscommunication of you tell me I have 1st dibs.really? A month long of telling me to keep texting you so I can have the job you told me I had just waiting on word and now you misscommunicated? A month long of repeating yourself is miscommunication? Got it.

Simply don't work here. My pay was delayed for so long I almost missed when my bills were due. I didn't attend the workplace I go to in hopes to get the money I'm owed and then apparently I signed up for a card I didn't even know about when I just wanted to set up my direct deposit. I have emails that prove this and when they finally told me my card was ready THEY LEFT IT UNDER THEIR WORK MAT AND TOLD ME TO PICK IT UP (who does that?

That's extremely unprofessional.) Mind you I contacted them in the morning and I didn't get a response back till they were just about closed. One of the guys tried telling me the card was useless even if it was stolen, but all you really need to activate it is a social security number- which isn't hard for desperate people to get. Poor quality of service.

Unprofessional and unreliable, When I was first hired I showed up to my assigned job site only to be sent home because they hired too many people. okay? I had went out to BUY my own PPE (with my money) and then was told I needed to bring PPE for someone else as well. WHAT?! I worked for a few months at Helix through them and was randomly let go in the middle of the week by Eastridge, they said I was no longer needed even though Helix had 2 employees that had quit that same month. Didn't even help get me a new job assignment or would return my calls. Just as bad as GO Staff, id recommend to stay away.

Prior to the interview, she provided many helpful tips, and made the application process flow smoothly and efficiently. She helped me land my first job after college at one of the best medical device companies in the world, Dexcom. Hands down, best staffing agency partner I've ever worked with in my 11 years in staffing. They are much more focused on client satisfaction and doing the right thing, than many other staffing agencies who are chasing after the money. They believe in building long term relationships / partnerships that will bring in continued business. Evan Levine and Kristine Carpenter are our main points of contact but every employee we've interacted with at Eastridge are just good people and incredibly talented. Would recommend to anyone with any external staffing needs.

I've attempted to find a job through this company twice on separate occasions. Sadly, I haven't had the support needed to gain experience and possibly land a job. Its obvious these "recruiters" are in it for the commission/numbers. Its so easy to get lost and forgotten about. I would contact and email my recruit constantly and the only dull response I would get it "I haven't found anything for you that matches your experience." It shouldn't be this difficult to land a temp job through a temp agency. I don't find this any different than finding a job on your own.
