It's a great experience the workers are wonderful the team leaders are excellent. Mr. James from integrity shows great leadership very down to earth always smiling and wants to know about your day and how it's going the position I have at the home depot warehouse is awesome and I couldn't ask for a better place or assignment. I am giving these 5 stars because James and Jon have been the friendliness representatives l have come across in some time. Unfortunately that positive energy is not transferred to the team leaders on the job site. They are extremely rude, irate, and unprofessional. The language they use is offensive and unacceptable. I am reporting this because it needs to be done.
I showed up early to the job assignment I made the production number. I have no problem with following rules or regulations but l will not tolerate being disrespected on any job! Integrity team leaders should not be allowed to conduct themselves in such a negative demeanor. This person is damaging to the business.

I was hired through Integrity for a temp to perm position at a local warehouse. James, the recruiting manager is AWESOME! He truly cares about his employees. Whenever I had questions he was quick to respond and help out. There were also lots of perks and incentives working for this company. (Bonus pay, catered lunches, gift cards, insurance). I would recommend integrity staffing to others. Talk to James!

Great agency to work for. James is the best part of the experience as far as onboarding. He genuinely listens to your issues and/or concerns. Strives to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your assignment. Ty the team lead at my assignment is great! Not many people on management team step up to help with the hard physical parts of jobs but he pitches in whenever needed and has a great attitude about it. See James if you want to work. He will help you!
