This was the first time I used a staffing agency, which I came across from using Boise State University's Handshake job search as a student. Everyone at Personnel Plus was very friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the hiring process and thereon. I would recommend them to any serious prospect needing assistance in finding a job most suitable to them.

Many of the reviews on here are claiming to have experienced long wait times, unreasonable drug tests, and below quality service. But, the fact of the matter is they are a hiring agency that gets unemployed individuals into the working environment and at an incredibly faster rate than any traditional route to applying to job postings. They do their job by following the law REQUIRED by them, and do it in an efficient and professional manner. They aren't miracle workers to get you your dream job, they are here to help people who are struggling to find work and get them to where they need to be.

This is my first time using an agency to find a job and I must say they were incredible. They responded promptly to my emails and questions and made sure I was in the loop of the process. I'm super thankful and appreciate the professionalism of the company and it's employees.

This place has been detrimental to my job search. I was working a very stressful job that was not worth my time, and talent. All of the ladies that worked there were very friendly and happy to help. I am so happy to have this next job opportunity that they have offered me. If you're done with work-place-nonsense like I was; give them a try.

I went to Personnel Plus after applying for a particular online job posting. A woman named Brittany scheduled the initial interview quickly and she was very clear about what I needed to bring. Once there, I filled out the required paperwork including a skills test (clerical, math, language), and then I had my interview. There are signs all over the lobby stating that there will be drug testing, so I was only mildly surprised to find out it was part of the interview process. Makes perfect sense to me. Anyway, Nichol, the woman who interviewed me, was very easy to talk to and unintimidating. She communicated very clearly and let me know what I could expect. This is my first experience with a staffing agency, and it has been an overall very positive experience!

This is an awesome place to work! Their staff is so amazing and kind. They give you good jobs, the best interviews, and they also are just a super big help. If you need to find a job quick go straight there. They will find you a perfect job that's just right for you! I give them a 5 star rating I would even give a higher one if possible. They are just the best people to be around and work with! Thank you Personnel Plus!

I do NOT recommend this establishment. I worked most of this year very dedicated to my duties and to the company. I did quite a bit of overtime during the busy season and even came in on weekends. It became slow and I was looking for other work to help me supplement my income. I have a newborn and explained that I was not making enough to support him.

They fired me on the spot. Looked through all of my things as if I was a criminal. It was very unprofessional and they have no loyalty to hardworking employees with families to take care of. They did not offer any help and a similar case happened to gentleman a few weeks before I was fired for absolutely no reason.
