The staff in Hire Dynamics are very welcoming, intuitive, and they are quick to respond to emails and calls! I am thankful for Hire Dynamics because if it wasn't for them, I would've have started the best job of my life so far. I want to give a big shoutout to Ms. Eva Lynch for helping me and making sure that everything was taking care of even when my family and I had to encounter the COVID-19 virus! This is one of the most unethical companies to work for. They allow unlawful and illegitimate reasons to treat their employees as nothing more than trash. The management team is unprofessional and absolutely the worst I've ever seen. They will sale you a work environment that is upbeat exclusive and all about their people and yet they lie about you and file false records in order to terminate you only because they don't like someone who can possibly surpass their own abilities, even when they are out of work on doctor's orders.
You can reach out to upper management, as they tell you to when you are treated unfairly or poorly, but even the senior management as well as CEO doesn't really care and they do nothing.

The Cobb branch was my very first HIRE DYNAMICS location as well as initial employment through a temp agency. Jessica was my initial recruiter whom pkaced me same day! I have also communicated with Chris as well as Cassie receiving exceptionally professional and kind service. However, today I spoke with a young lady that was short, unaware of the assignment process, and borderline rude to my dismay. Cassie was quick to apologize on behalf of the young lady and offer the service this branch consistently offers.

Hire Dynamics is by far the best employment agency around! I have been on with several other ones who never found work for me at all, although I do have skills, experience and education. They are very accessible for all questions within minutes of texting and found placement for me right away. They are all great but I have especially enjoyed working with Casey. She is awesome!

Literally the worst experience I've ever had on a job, and I've been working since I was in high school. The customer service is okay but they don't pay you on time. If you're going out for the tutoring position, try to use another branch because if they're not the ones being unorganized, the employers that they use are being unorganized. I'll let a lot of stuff slide but once you mess with my pay 5 TIMES, I have no more patience.

I was invited to an "invite only" orientation and told that I would have a position only to have never been called. After following up for three days with zero calls back on the fourth try I spoke with a very rude lady whom I won't name and her manager as well and still have not heard anything about getting a job. After changing my availability with my first job this has just been a very inconvenient situation overall and I do not find them reliable. Maybe it's just this branch in particular, Norcross has been great.

All promises, no deliveries. If they constantly have no jobs, how do they stay in business? "Number 1 staffing company" (according to who?) When people are in the waiting area in flip flops, this tells you the kind of 'cattle calls' they are holding. The person I spoke to never made eye contact. Bad sign. Don't waste your time.
