The Columbia office is the worse the really don't care about there employees also if you don't give the 48hr advance resignation they will dock your pay to minimum wage which is crazy because you can't predict the future stuff happens never again will I work for them adding on for charging you for tshirts when you only got 1 $30 backgrounds fee etc never again worse staff agency ever

Awesome company to work with. I applied for a position through First Team Professional Staffing and they called me and offered me another position even closer to where I live. The hiring process was a breeze. Josh, Kyle and Michael were all extremely helpful and professional. My assignment has since become permanent. Thank you First Team for the great opportunity!

They did have low pay rates but it picked up for me been working $14 and now $15. I just was patient rather they got me the job or I got one own my on and they came threw. Thanks First Team. Now I did have a situation but it's nothing heavy that recruiter give up on me now I got another one. Don't give up either way God Bless

Interviewed for an internal position. Left the interview feeling like everything was good to go and was told they would be in contact with me shortly. Not only did I never hear back, but I called the office multiple times to speak with the hiring manager that interviewed me. Every time she ducked my calls. Each time the receptionist told me she was busy but would call me right back.

I set many, many follow ups via email, no response. If I was not a good fit for the company it would have been nice to know that, rather than leaving me in limbo for months at a time.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They have a ad running everyday that they hiring but don't even have jobs for people that's already registered with word of advice don't mess with them they take 30dollars out your check with out notice to run a background that u don't authorize them to do

Been calling this location and the Columbia location for 3 years now. I get the same "nothing at the moment" response. TODAY was a while different story, received a text to reply 1 if interested in a job and a recruiter will call. I replied and called myself, was promised a call back and employment. All lies, they were never going to call or offer me a position.

I do NOT do business with the columbia office and made that clear to them last month. Apparently, they put in there system that I dont want to do business with any First Team Staffing etc. So apparently both these locations will lie and promise something just to get you off the phone. The Columbia MD recruiter told me I was dumb enough to expect a call after not receiving 1 after 3 years. NEXT! BEWARE OF THE SCAM, READ THE COMMENTS. THIEVES

Poor service, highly unprofessional. Never can find jobs that fits your area of expertise or around the pay rate you initially agreed upon. Prominently caucasian staff, no blacks that work there. That speaks volumes in itself about there social prejudice work environment.

Absolutely unprofessional and very poor communication skills with the staff. Worked with the guy Nick and reached out to the office (@ 11:35am) & his work phone ( via text @ 1:40pm) with no response back.was then terminated for "horrible attendance and communication". I showed proof of the call to the office & text and Nick was very rude when he finally responded back (a lil past 8pm)

By far best place to get your staffing! Ron, ADP, Cameron Matt, Jeff, and the whole sales team are AXE-LLENT people!

In Nashville TN went on a job they told me to be there (in Lavergne) & they didn't submit or have the proper paperwork for a bunch of people to start & had no show up pay

They don't pay on time and take 30 dollars out of 1st check for background check.

I wouldn't give them one star I worked for them for a month and still waiting on my check from two weeks ago and when I call them they tell me I have to pay them to rewrite another check that I never got at all if you can go with another temp place do so this one will have a lot of legal issues after this comment

I have been waiting for over a month and still not employed. I gave up with them and started going somewhere else after they called me up asking me to fill out a document I had already done. This is not the first time they have lost something. I called them to ask if they had found me any job, and their response was that they needed to clarify my information.

Very unprofessional experience. I interviewed for an internal position, was told I was being considered, and was immediately farmed out for commission. I was told their internal website was down so they couldn't send me information I would need for the internal position, for three weeks. The only interview they set me up for they emailed the employer and I different information for the time of the interview.

When the employer wanted a second interview I explained I could not take any more time off of my current employment and they set up a second interview anyway then emailed me and called as if I had agreed to the time.

Business is closing but they keep employing people even though they don't have contract. No go.

I have emailed my resume to this company twice now. It has been a month and I have yet to receive any kind of response or communication.

They are not very willing to help you for being a staffing agency. You expect to feel like you will be taken care of and have a great fit. They do not always help you, it is more accounts they can get is what matters as oppose to the temps they hire.

When I first walked in, It was a very clean, typical office environment. The receptionist, although she can get very busy with phone calls, is very nice and welcoming. She will get you setup with everything that you need for work. As with all temp agencies, there will be days that will be backed up and slow. So expect a long wait. I am currently employed at a Temp job at Under Armour working at the warehouse. I am happy to give it 5 stars and wold recommend this place to anyone looking for work.

However, Jackie was very nice and immediately helped me and gave me my paperwork to fill out. She said someone would call me in a few days and they did asking me to come in for an interview which I also did and they said they would be in touch. So about 3.days later I got the call that I had the job and started the next day. I highly recommend the staffing company to anyone looking for work
