They didn't withhold my federal taxes the gave a bunch of empty promises to get me to leave my job to work for them. they think they are untouchable because they are in another state I was promised one pay rate by the time I got my 1st check it was a dollar less an hour never fixed very shady company dont trust anything they say

This company paid under par to begin with. The customer I was assigned to put a lead in charge that expected me to work without pay, dump hazardous chemicals down drains etc. when I refused I was laid off. Instead of responding to the EDD that the contract had ended they put it was due to work performance which froze my EDD and caused hardship.
