My wife and child went to get some information however a disgruntled, loser, miserable security guard yelled at them and told them to read the sign and threw the door at them.something needs to be done this is unacceptable. I will try to contact the state to make a report this is no way to treat people. If anyone knows how to contact the unemployment for matters like this please advise

Yes, it is true that they are faster in the middle of the day. It's when I've been there cause it's only logical; and I hey out quick. Staff has been very helpful. The front desk Security Officer Has always been very nice to me. Of course you gotta walk in with a good attitude; they're only there to help and we NEED the help

The people that work here seem miserable. No one answers phone. But they do the work fast go in the middle of week no lines. Very hard parking gotta park on sidestreets or meters. Bring all your documentation. They have one receptionist and two security guards. They have lots of job postings and unemployment training.

Don't waste your time. Viviana is the lady that's supposed to help with job placement assistance and she's absolutely useless. I came in looking for help and I overheard her complaining to the guard about how tired she was. She is lazy and irritable. Wasted my time and didn't help me at all. Just told me to go to a different office and didn't even give me the address. Hopefully I run into someone who actually wants to to their job at the next office.
