I have been fortunate to be substitute teaching through STS since 1997 at Great Valley H.S. and M.S. on an almost daily basis. There seems to always be a job for me - with a schedule that facilitated obtaining my Master's Degree.

You don't want to work here, especially if you are a man. Trust me. Anybody, including teachers, can call that agency and lie on you and you're out of a job. That has to occur 4 times. The subs get no respect in a lot of districts that are this agency's clients. There are no raises, benefits, or due process whatsoever. Avoid this place like the plague.

No raises, no benefits, no incentives. Absolutely no investigation to make sure teachers are being truthful about any complaints from teachers about subs. They will take the word of teachers before they considered your side of the story. No protection for employees.
