Delta-T Group was established in 1989 by Joanne McAndrews, who worked for many years in the healthcare field. Joanne became aware of the need in her field to help facilities attract and identify, on short notice, high quality professionals to deliver services to patients and consumers. She opened her one-person agency to address this need within the professional community. Her agency started by connecting local hospitals and healthcare facilities as well as professionals in the pharmacy and substance abuse fields.
Delta-T Group connects professionals with client opportunities within the special education, social service, behavioral health, and disability sectors. With over 30 years in business, we have built a reputation for referring highly qualified professionals for rewarding short and long-term contract opportunities.
In accordance with Federal requirements, Delta-T Group issues 1099 tax forms to document earnings generated during the tax year. We want to make sure you are aware that in 2020 the IRS announced a new 1099 form called 1099-NEC (non-employee compensation). This is for independent contractors and sole proprietors.

I have worked for Delta T in the past and was definitely extremely happy with them this past time they only had one job for me and that particular job was not a good fit. No other jobs were suggested.it was like I was dropped completely. They deducted from my 1st paycheck my TB testing my criminal record and liability insurance which I already had.which all added up to a $100.
That's a pretty big chunk to take out a somebody's 1st pay check. **Just want RNs LPN and other workers to be aware that this does occur. I have asked for reimbursement and the office is very slow to respond. Thomas below.don't believe everything you hear? Way more unhappy than happy.

I worked for delta t group for a year doing shift fill ins, many of which were emergency same day call offs and no shows. delta allowed a director from one of their companies to lie and push me out of my job all for a personal issue the person had with me.i also was not paid for a few shifts and they told me there was nothing they could do. i dont think thats legal! i was very unappreciated as a loyal employee and would say they do not value or care about their employees. i would not suggest workng for them if you want a team type of experience

Worst company I have ever worked for! My coordinator Queyana King never returns phone calls or emails. So the information that needs to be relayed is never given to me on time. I can never have consistency. I joined this agency so that I could find a permanent job and that doesn't look like that will ever happen. And there's only one person in the office you can talk to about your issue and they are always either in a meeting or at lunch or they just never return your phone calls or they go home early because it's Friday and fuck the contractors that don't even know if they work next week!
I worked for an AMS CAMPUS and 5 people that were there subbing, used to work for Delta T Group and their coordinator was Queyana King and they left because they couldn't stand the no communication, and then when you call her supervisor and complain, she then calls(all of a sudden the phone works) and tells you that she got in trouble and would have liked me to contact her instead. GGGRRRRRRRRRRR. IT'S LIKE I'VE LEFT A BILLION MESSAGES AND EMAILS AND SHE ALWAYS SAYS WHEN I DO GET A HOLD OF HER(blue moon) I haven't checked them yet.lady it's been a week do you just not care because you make a paycheck and don't have to worry about if you work next week.
In my opinion she shouldn't have a job especially if she canto the simplest things, like CALL ME BACK! SO FED UP! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS BUT I DON'T HAVE A YEAR TO TELL EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY! LET'S JUST SAY THEY ARE ALL ON SANTAS NAUGHTY LIST! INDEFINETLY!

Had to fight and report them to the labor board before they paid me for my time, and completely ignored requests to help supplement income with a second job. The recruiter lied about how I would get my check. Recruiter Orlando King continued to harass me by phone after resigning. Then he sent an email calling me a child and such for reporting my unpaid wages to the labor board lol. Please fire this unprofessional recruiter before he tarnishes your company, and I'll be happy to re-review of handled right. Image attached. Reported to his supervisor.

My niece worked for them for 14 and a half hours and she grossed 170.00.frist they kept sending her pay to the wrong address and expected her to go there and ask for her mail.then they put the front of her pay stub on her e mail and after all there deductions out of 170.00 her take home pay is 3.45.there was 166.00 and some change taken out for deductions with no explanation. I'm calling better business. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

Delta-T Group does hourly rate hiring, but pays as a 1099 employer. You must be at a set place at a set time and perform a set duty according to a schedule. This is NOT 1099 work as a contractor according to Federal Wage guidelines. People are hired as contractors doing 1099 work solely so that Delta-T Group does not have to pay federal taxes, unemployment insurance, and workman's comp.
