I've worked with a lot of staffing agencies so far and this agency by far is the best one I've worked with. They're professional and they make you feel like they really care about finding you work and that you're happy in your position.

Extremely disappointed. Cheryl Longo made me wait needlessly as I missed out on 2 different opportunities at her request to wait for her response. She either didn't get back to me or left me hanging until I had to either call or email her. Very unprofessonal. I will never reccommend RJ Staffing to anyone.

Cheryl is the WORST recruiter I think I have ever came across in my history of working. My first and last time ever working with such a company. These people are blood thirsty for commissions and they don't spend whatsoever any time on actually finding you a job. You're on a 0 hour schedule. Ive contacted Cheryl multiple times and she's purposely ignored me for who knows what reason? Reading through the reviews made me even more furious because this was the first person I was stuck with. If you get stuck with this woman, I REPEAT ASK FOR SOMEBODY ELSE.

Many of my co workers in Rockland loved the hiring staff except Cheryl Luongo, extremely unpleasant person to work with. I had to edit to respond, if it were a few occurrence with just myself i could understand but it seems to be a consensus. I have emails to prove it. Hopefully the next person will not have to endure what others have experienced. It has been a few years and also a pandemic so the employment climate has changed. RJ staffing was on point. Took awhile for them to get back to me. When they did, I was able to get an assignment near home Thank you Cheryl Longo for being on point. Timing is everything.

Some people can be skeptical about staffing agencies but this company is great and helped me out so much. I worked with Kerrie. She was very nice and made sure she was acting in the best of my interests all throughout the process. She helped me land a full time job in my desired field with a great company. Anyone searching for a job should definitely contact this company!

I should have written this review long ago! We spend most the hours of our day working - so why would you not find THE greatest position possible to spend those hours? I have had an incredible experience working with RJ and I finally felt compelled to write a review as they have aided me now 2 times in finding a job that is right for me. My experience with RJ Staffing was amazing, I spoke to a rep when I was not working with RJ but they did give me vital information to help me merge into a job that was a better fit for me. I had my interview on a Monday and they had a placement for me by Wednesday. I am currently still working at the establishment they placed me, and I love it, I couldn't of asked for a better job. I highly recommend you give them a call they might have a placement for you.

I had a great experience with RJ Staffing. I was given an interview within a few days of my availability to begin working. Although that job did not end up working out, I was set up with two more potential positions within a couple of days. I am still with the position I ended up taking, and have had a great experience here. Very easy to work with, and a very friendly atmosphere every time I have to speak with anyone from RJ Staffing.
