I love Rita Staffing! They are amazing! Not only did they work fast to find a place for me they worked within my needs and abilities. They really do care and it shows! Thank you Plant City staff!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Lisa at Rita Staffing. First off she was very easy to talk to, second she did a great job of prepping me for my interview and then to my surprise did a follow up call to see how I thought it went and did I think it was a good fit. 5 Stars all the way around!

I used Rita Staffing, Inc for a job about 3 years ago and I was with that company for a while. They restructured their business and my dept was desolved. I went on my own and getting interviews was challenging I contacted Rita Staffing again, and was scheduled interviews that were right for me. I have a job now, and it only took 2 weeks. I will always reach out to Rita Staffing if ever needed and they have always provided the path to get the job thats right for me. Signed up with Rita Staffing and was given my first assignment in less than a week. Nilda is amazing to work with. She really listens to you. Everyone I have interfaced with have been extremely helpful. I would recommend this staffing agency to anyone looking for work.

I moved recently from an entirely different seeking work and was not having much luck. I applied with Rita Staffing and everything worked out perfectly! I actually couldn't believe how quickly they helped me get an interview and a job with awesome pay for the surrounding area. Nilda was the most helpful during the entire process. She checked in with me daily and communicated extremely well.

When Nilda was not around, Amanda, would do just the same and keep me updated. I liked that the staff checked in with me which prevented a lot of stress. My only concern was that I had never worked with this company before so I do wish that they went over the way we get paid and submitting our time sheets. It was a little overwhelming because using paper time sheets is something new to me and there was not much information provided in this area. It could've been made more clear. Besides that minor difference- AWESOME COMPANY AND KIND SWEET STAFF!

Absolutely amazing! Nilda was a life saver. I have worked with staffing companies to find work in the past and it was terrible. Rita Staffing sets the example. A week after applying with Rita Staffing, Nilda set up interviews to 3 great jobs. I didn't think I would find a good job at first. It turned out I had a hard time deciding on what job to go with!

They are super professional to work with and go beyond to help you find the right fit. They don't take part of your hourly pay either. The job I accepted was with a company that I had tried to get into for months. I only wish I would have gone to them at the beginning of my job search and not as a last hope. If you are thinking about Rita Staffing, go for it, ask for Nilda!

A few years ago Lisa Greer at Rita found me the perfect position. Unfortunately, I lost that job last year when Covid hit. I contacted Lisa once I was ready to go back to work and she came through again for me. She found me an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. If I ever need to look for another job again, I won't be calling anyone but Lisa at Rita.she is amazing!

I turned to Rita after getting laid off at the start of Corona. They have been amazing, found me a position in the same day. I have been employed at 2 places thru Rita Staffing. Currently at my position they helped me find and love it. They help find the perfect job, based at what your needs and qualifications are.
