I work there for about 5 months then my car broke down. Still had reliable transportation but Rachel said the only job I could work was 50 miles away. That's 200 miles per day for my ride and when I said I couldn't, she stopped contacting me. Didn't find me a job site to transfer to or any jobs within my multiple qualifications. I was out of work for almost a month before I had to quit and find my own work which was only 7 miles from my house and paid almost double what they were trying to bribe me at to work the 50 mile away one. In short, Rachel didn't do her job and has costed me time and money. Would highly recommend moving Rachel to a department she can handle because it obviously isn't this one.

With COVID impacting the economy I haven't had any stability at my old job, I called Tradestar and was working in less than a week! I have to say they are an amazing company and will put you to work ASAP. I even contacted staffing agencies and didn't even hear back until after I was already working. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great company that will get you in the door with other good companies. Rachel my "recruiter" has went to bat for me many times, always there and willing to help with any problem or situation that pops up. From the interview on she has really helped me and been there for me. 100% professional and good at what they do. 10 out of 10 would recommend tradestar and specifically Rachel she's a boss!

I'm an employee that has worked with Tradestar multiple times. My recruiter is Sean. He has sent monthly newsletters even when I wasn't searching. Which is cool. Because when I was ready for another position, I simply replied to the email blast and he responded immediately. Got my places quickly. And the process was painless and everything he could control, he made it happen in a timely manner.
The jobs are always pretty good and the pay is fair for the work and your experience. Would definitely recommend someone in low voltage or even electrical work. Good work Sean. Keep it up.

Yes I work for them for a year was not worth it and then. Then I had a recruiters trying to call me asking me where did I work in the last couple of years because they were trying to find jobs for people right away and let's me know that these people depend on the other employees try to better themselves there very unprofessional for you to call me after you let me go because you can't keep work for employees now look at me now $37 an hour machine operator.

Wasted my time, especially after I explained everything beforehand on the phone. Rachel said everything sounded good, come in for an interview. Did just that all to hear Rachel critique my work history that wasn't even relevant to my experience as an electrical apprentice. That's all that should have mattered since they claim to specialize in this area, but she wanted to feel superior in front of her male colleague in training. When I say people like her don't care, they really don't and just pretend to. I'm trying to make a living, not be judged by a stranger who thinks their better than me.

Very professional and highly recommend getting in contact with TradeStar if you're looking for work, found me a job soon after getting an interview and they kept in mind where I lived to help find the best job for me. Rachel was also professional and always made herself available whenever I had a question.

Lauren fromTrade star used to call me several times a month for a year and sent me Emails about electrical projects they had in Houston Tx. when I was living in another state. They offered me a competitive salary too. So I moved with my family to Houston Texas 4 months ago just to work for trade star. Left everything I had back there. My previous job and apartment etc.
They even called me one day before to get to Texas. But since I got here and they hired me. They have been unable to get me a job. I already spent all my savings living in Texas and still nothing. But thanks God I finally got a job in another place! I really had such a bad experience with them. They don't help Latino guys to get jobs anymore!
