Futuretech Staffing will assist you in all steps of the hiring process (see diagram), from creating a job order for the position that you have available, to scheduling the interviews. We work with you to understand your company, collectively assess your needs, and develop an ideal candidate profile. We then search for candidates that fulfill your company's requirements and present them to you.
It is to your benefit that you submit your resume to Futuretech Staffing. If you do not match positions available at that time, we will keep your resume and personal profile in our database for future review. Your resume will remain completely confidential. Unlike other placement companies, Futuretech Staffing will only submit your resume for review upon your consent.
